You finished up training and began walking back to your room. You were planning on going out with Steve for dinner. Recently, you had both taken a liking to each other. He also helped you get over Natasha.

As you were walking down the hallway to your room, you bumped into the red-head.

"Y/N."

"Oh. Hey, Nat."

There was an awkward silence between the two of you.

"I was actually just going to find you so we could talk." Natasha said.

You swallowed. "Oh. Okay, what's up?"

"I made a mistake. I shouldn't have broken up with you, Y/N. I realized that...I do still love you, I was just unsure of what I wanted and I think—."

"Natasha, stop. I cant. I cant do this. I've moved on and I cant go back to those old feelings, I really can't." You said.

Natasha nodded. "I get it, Y/N, I do. I just wanted to let you know. I love you."

You nodded, not knowing what to say. Natasha nodded back.

"I guess I'll see you around."

"Yeah. See you."

She walked past you and you sighed, watching her walk away.
