The 80's brought about colorful clothing, lots and lots of hairspray, and bright makeup.

The years when lots of classic movies came out.

Movies that people would enjoy for years to come.

Steve had been taking more time off of work.

He felt himself getting tired, and just wanted to relax.

In return, Lauren took time off of work.

She wanted to take care of her husband.

Her job would never be more important than her husband.

One day, Steve got ill.

It was nothing more than a common cold.

But Lauren turned into his personal care taker.

She made him soup and served it to him in bed.

She gave him blankets to keep him warm.

She turned on the TV for him and laid in bed with him as they watched their favorite show of the time.

Full House.

That time, she looked at it differently.

Lauren looked at the show and saw what she didn't have.

A family.

They've tried to conceive for years... but nothing ever happened.

It seems as though the universe just doesn't want them to have kids.

Lauren looked over to her husband.

His hair had a few sprinkles of grey, and his face showed even more wrinkles.

She gently combed through his hair.

He watched the TV, and she watched him.

She used two fingers to tilt his head so he looked at her.

She brought her lips down onto his.

They shared a kiss.

A kiss of love.

They're love had gone unchallenged for decades.

Lauren pulled back, and looked him in the eyes.

She smiled as she looked at his baby blue eyes.

Steve leaned up and kissed his wife on the nose.

She arranged herself so his head rested on her chest.

She played with his hair and soothed him to sleep.

She nursed him back to health.

She could have healed him with her powers, but she didn't.

And soon enough he went back to work.

And when he came back, he made them both dinner.

The next morning, she made breakfast.

And in the afternoon, they had lunch and shared a milkshake.

It's a tradition neither grew tired of.

They both loved it... and they both loved each other.

and they both loved each other
