Author POV:

"I give up huh?"

The purple head said as the screams of the crowd echoed

"Get it Midoriya? This battles going to test your strength of will."

He said while looking at Midoriya with a somehow relaxed face

"If you've got any kind of vision for your future, there's no sense in worrying about how you get here. Like that monkey, babbling about his stupid pride."

And after those words were spoken, something in Midoriya snapped. He lost control and forgot everything about what you and Ojiro told him.

"What kind of dumbass throws away a change like this?"

"What'd you say?!- "

Then everything stoped, for him, it felled like the hole world just stopped but for Shinso, it was his win

Y/N POV:

" hey hey! What's going on? The match nu started show us some spirit! Mere seconds in and Midoria is frozen in place!!"

Fuck! You idiot we told you not to let your mouth open!
And now Midoriya was frozen in his place with Hitoshi standing his ground.

"Deku..?"

"What's happening to him? *Ribbit*"

"It's that guys quirk.."

Shit, now what kind of physical contact is he going to find?!

Y/N-san said while smiling and handing me a rope. Were they for real?!

"W-wait but what if I hurt you? I don't think I can forgive myself if I do!"

"Midoriya.. You won't hurt me I promise you!"

I sighed as I walked close to them , while I tied the rope around their arms and waist.

"There.."

"Good now, this is just a presentation of what you can do in a situation like this, there can be multiple ways of doing this and every one of them can be used on scenarios closed to this one."

They explained while I kept a distance between the two of us.

"If there is nothing like a weapon to use to cut the rope then try using your power. Store up the strength of the power from your body and hold it inside until it's a decent enough amount to break you free and not destroy something else."
