A Fallen Monster (Error)

Error is the barrier that keeps the universes from falling into the anti void. It requires a lot of determination to be the barrier and original it was his worlds core that was it. After the geno and second injection of determination he became the barrier.

He started to give up on destroying universes and now without his reason to continue on the anti void starts to fall apart. By that point the anti void was both a part of his soul and the blockage used to hold back the void.

He collapses and eventually the good sans track him down because their trying to figure out how the universes were falling into the void. They hadn't seen Error since the event started so they suspect him to at the very least have a clue or even doing it himself.

Error conflicting nature of being a monster that was falling and having to much determination to die caused the collapse to be slow.

"I found the core code of this universe had far more determination than an alternative timeline should."

"And so?"

"I was getting to that ink be more patient. Error's universe had enough determination to surpass the AllFrisk verse Ink."

"Now why does a simple alternative timeline have so much determination. Looking back even further we've found that Error's universe is the very first alternative timeline. So it's the second universe to ever come into existence."

"This is interesting but I don't now where your going with this."

"We continued to look through the data and found a pattern. The determination of each reset from the original kept getting shifted to the alt universe's core. It was being used for something and that wasn't the resets. Which Error has my sympathy for."

The sans in the room paled as none of them had actually reached over 500 resets never mind Error's own. And without the knowledge that they can leave their universe. No wonder Error went batshit insane. Whipping everything from existence sounds more understandable when you've lived through repeats like that.

Sci grimaced.

"It only gets worse from their as Error is literally the original alternative for every bad sans timeline."

The gang in the room stiffens.

"What do ya mean?"Dust asked darkly.

"It meant that Error has been a dust, a horror, a murder and many others that error seemed to have already whipped from existence."

"How was that possible."

"The human could harness the determination in the core of the universe which allowed them to reset no matter how many people sans killed or what state they end up in."

The idea horrified the gang.

Sci was interrupted by core who had unscrambled more of the chaotic code. His eyes seemed to light up at something.

"Unbelievable I didn't think it was possible but it all fits together now. Error had always shown himself to be insane but also a genius."

"Want to fill us in Sci."

Ink bounced excitedly as the others were waiting to get their answers.

"The name of the ending for this universe was supposed to be after tale. The sans of this universe snapped and did one of the most taboo things a monster could do."

They were waiting in suspense.

"The sans injected himself with determination."

"What?!!"

Sci continued on before whatever the crowd would say.

"The sans ended up being trapped in the actual save screen of the human. Eventually they were let free by the very same human . The tale should have ended there but this is Error we're talking about. He seemed to have injected himself with more determination survived long enough to connect with the core of the universe determination."

"Now here's where the data gets a bit tricky. The laws of the universe was so utterly broken that it became the anti void and Error actually became the core code of this universe. You could say Error is the anti void."

"Ya keep spinning us in circles with this information where does it all tie into everything falling into the void."

"First it was Ink that had a feeling with his connection to the multiverse that the problem lies with Error and I believe it's true."

"The multiverse didn't start falling into the void until Error started falling down. But his fall has been extremely slow and sometimes reversing a bit. Error is the only monster made up of determination so falling down for him is an unclear process."

"Error and the anti void what is all that determination being used for if not on error. I think the antivoid and even before as aftertale was a barrier that kept the void out when it split from the original. As the multiverse grew and the anti void absorbed more determination to cover it. Now that Error lost his will to live the anti void is dying alongside him."

The room was silent.

"So we just have to give error a reason then"

"Idiot a monster that falls down can't come back"
