What if the good Sans found a way to seal away the memories of the bad Sans. Those memories were replaced with an average life in a NAJ like au. The good Sans visit the au while leaving the converted bad Sans ignorant. They play roles as the bad Sans family members like Dream was still Nightmare's brother and the others were just friends with them.
Their disappearance explained by their jobs or being busy. Who knows how long they can keep this up for until the bad Sans here something they shouldn't.
Drama
1)Maybe for even more drama the good guys fall in love with the memory converted bad guys. When the bad guys regain their memories it causes a conflict between the idea they lost their loved one to their dark nature or questioning if this was morally right in the first place. Could they physically hurt the bad sans anymore now that they loved them.
A)What if the bad guys don't remember their time during their fake life and now the good Sans struggle even more desperately to reclaim who they loved. They one day may realizes that it's still the people they love, but they were just darker and more jaded by the aus. Maybe the bad guys eventually remember their time with them.
-What if the bad guys never remember but instead fall in love with the good guys who are extremely determined to get their lovers back in any form they can.(who knows they may go yandere)
B)The bad guys remember falling in love with the good guys. They fight against it their feelings wanting to stay loyal to the cause. The good guys struggle similarly, but take up the idea to try and convert the bad guys to good guys
2)The good guys are sad at the loss, but since this plan and all the others have failed. They are forced to go with the final option and permanently put them down.
3)The bad guys get their memories wiped again and every time they are starting to remember they get wiped. The good guys obsessively make sure they never remember and keep them as they are for the safety of the aus.(Could also be yandere reasons)
