"Marry me, Carina."

"You nailed it earlier, didn't you Arturo? Changing your wife's name. Of course it's normal," started Berlin.

Dubai rolled her eyes as a frown grew on her lips. She found it rich, coming from a man who'd been married and divorced 5 times. She stood beside Nairobi, as they watched Arturo's surgery take place. Dubai couldn't help but notice Angel was looking around cautiously, barely paying attention to the surgery.

"Fucking Monica in the mornings and spending late nights with Laura. It's normal to get confused," teased Berlin.

Of course Berlin's an expert with such thing. Even when Belin was married to another woman, he would make every effort to sleep with Dubai. Hell, Dubai remembered the times Berlin would spend more time with her rather than any of his wives. Of course, Dubai had a good enough dignity to reject him whenever he was married.

"But I love them both. That's the truth. When you're in my situation, it's very easy to judge. Everyone just thinks that I'm a low life, a real son of a bitch," said Arturo.

Dubai nodded in agreement to Arturo's last statement.

"Far be it from me, to make moral judgements. I can understand everything, I know how you feel. You can talk freely about anything with me," said Berlin.

"But in fact I'm a wretch. A poor man who is in love with two amazing women and who doesn't even have the guts to choose one of them," Arturo said vulnerably.

Dubai chewed on her lips as she couldn't help but actually relate to Arturo. As much as she hates it, she understands where he's coming from. It was similar to how she feels between Berlin and Kingston. But of course, she wasn't married to either of them and didn't make one of them as her male mistress or side hoe.

Out of nowhere, Dubai spotted Denver stealing a scalpel and had dropped a piece of crumpled up paper from his pocket.

Her gaze landed on Nairobi who was standing beside her. They both shared a look of confusion. Nairobi then stepped on the paper and quietly dragged it back to where they stood.

It didn't take long until the doctor's finally got the bullet out of Arturo's shoulder. By then Denver excused himself and had excused himself out.

"And now you, stitch him up," Berlin instructed as he turned to Angel.

Angel's face fell, "Who, me?"
