(Ch 19) Kiss Me, Please (lemon)

[Sarnai's pov]

When we arrived at Sin's chambers, I glanced around the room in awe from its huge size and its expensive interior. The walls were decorated with many candles that were separated evenly along it; highlighting the two different shades of beige that was painted on the walls. A gold trim rested half way along the wall that separated the two tones from each other. There was a burning fire on one side and his bed on the other, from what I could see from the door.

"Please, m-make yourself comfortable." Sin blurted as he ventured off into another room. I walked into his room and I could clearly see more of the rooms interior then from the doorway. On the left side of me was the fireplace along with a small sitting area that consisted of two small sofas facing each other and a single white chair that sat in front of the blazing fire, in the middle of it all was a tiny wooden table holding a yellow cloth. All the furniture was standing on a circular carpet that was sewed with many gold threads.

Walking up to the small table I took off all my jewelry and set it on the table, giving me a break from all the gold and other jewels hitting me. Turning around from the small sitting area, I saw Sin's bed placed right behind me. All sorts of colourful pillows decorated the bed, including the yellow blanket. Four pillars stood around his bed holding a thin ruby cloth the hid his body while he slept. There were end tables on both sides of his bed that had gold trim all decorating them.

The last place I looked was the large glass doors that led to the balcony. While I waited for Sin to return from wherever he was, I opened the doors and let the midnight air tickle my burning skin; almost sobering me up. I strolled onto the white stone and rested my elbows on the ledge, taking in the sight and the fresh sea air. The sight was truly breathtaking and I could've stayed there for hours, even as it got colder.

A strong breeze blew in and I felt a chill run up my spine as goosebumps ran across my skin. Before I could move a step, a soft fabric graced my shoulders and arms, when I turned to look behind me I saw Sin there with a wide smile on his face.

"I thought you m-might be cold, it is getting c-chilly out." He spoke. "Y-You're right! T-Thank you." I blurted out and pulled the sheet closer to my body. We sat in silence for awhile until he spoke up.

"Beautiful isn't it?" He looked away from the view to face me as he spoke and I couldn't help but nod in agreement. "You're absolutely right." I added. When he looked away from me I noticed his appearance and I couldn't help but blush. He was left in only his purple underdress as the white robes covering his body were gone, along with his vessels and crown. His hair was relaxing on his shoulders and arms without the bandage that tied his hair up. He looked more proper then from before as he stared out to the sea. He looked so content and calm and he had a gentle smile on his lips which made my heart flip.

"Why don't we head back I-inside? I'm getting a little cold." He faced me and I jumped a little."I'll be in, in a minute." I replied and he left with a smile. I quickly fanned my face trying to remove the heat from my cheeks before I walked inside. When I was somewhat sure that I wasn't that red, I stumbled in. He was already sitting on one of the sofas with wine glasses and wine on the small table. Sitting beside him, he filled the glasses and handed me one before creating a toast.

It was drink after drink and we were both becoming more intoxicated then we were at the festival. Our words slurring and our faces becoming flushed from the alcohol. My head landed on his shoulder sometime ago and he gladly wrapped his arm around me and pulled me into him with my head resting on his chest.
