Chapter 160: Chaotic Event V

With a full 360 swing of Asmodeus scythe blade, everything except the barrier surrounding the building which housed the country's national treasure  were completely decimated

All of Shun's champions except Garen and Darius who is regarded as a tank by the league had been done in and was instantly deleted from the scene, because of that aside from the mentioned above everyone then turned into particles as their cool down resetted back into 15 minutes before summoning them again

As for Sephiria's case, Shun instantly shifted himself right infront of her to shield her from that strike, causing him to take the full brunt of such an attack head on, unfortunately defending against from such a heavy attack didn't end well for him

Not only did both of his weapon Shiv and I.E were destroyed upon contact from the shockwave of the swing, it even passed through his body's defenses and completely slashed a huge wound right across his body, causing Shun to spurt out blood all over the place before falling down to the ground

In actuality the reason why such an attack was so fierce to begin with, is because the scythe that Asmodeus has wielded actually absorbed all the damages that had been incurred unto his own body, causing Asmodeus injury to fade into nothingness

After accumulating that much damage into its blade, it then started to counter everything back towards the attacker while multiplying the damage done by 2, thus causing a fatality strike for everyone that wants durable enough to withstand the swing

On the other hand when Sephiria saw Shun bleeding all over just from that one strike of the enemy, all types of worry and uneasiness then rushed up to her as she quickly ran up to him in worry for his life

"Shun!!!"

Despite all the worry that she was feeling, she still stayed calm from the situation as she shielded Shun with her while body while erecting up an ice wall infront of her and begun mending Shun wounds which could be called lethal

While doing that she also didn't forget the threat that the enemy pose as she split her attention from defending to attacking just to keep the enemy at bay, through that she lianched numerous projectiles towards Asmodeus while attending towards Shun's injury

"Ice Chaser - 24 bits!!!"

With such numerous projectiles heading his way, Asmodeus naturally dodged the first barrage by jumping to the side before defending himself by blocking the remaining barrage after he positioned himself right

But Sephiria didn't let up for a single moment as she increased the volume of her projectiles for every barrage, which were then enhanced completely by the ice terrain that she had performed beforehand

"Ice Chasers -78 bits!!!"

Through that in just a moments time, Asmodues was then forced to defensive stance once more as he couldn't keep with the speed from which Sephiria was attacking, this causing some of her shot to actually hit its target

No matter where he moves or no matter what he does, he couldn't completely defend from her attacks

In that moment while staying wary of Sephiria's onslaught, Asmodeus didn't forget the two champion's which were still alive even from his attack

With such durability displayed right infront of him, he often shifted his attention towards the two champions, whenever he got the chance to keep himself safe from any sudden hidden attacks

But aside from those two points, he couldn't help but somehow be amazed on how troublesome the barrier that was surrounding the building is really is

Not only did it withstood his full brunt attack, it actually just rippled for a bit from his strike before the barrier returned to being stable and firm again, which totally causing him to be surprised

Through that he then concluded that he would need an even stronger attack to completely destroy the barrier

While this was happening the Kingdom of Avalon was completely in chaos as attacks from all over the capital was happening at the same time, causing the prouded elite troops of the kingdom to be on edge

With such situation turning to their favor, it wouldn't be an exxagerate if reinforcements soon came to aid him in a few moments time if he stall the fight for a bit, thus crushing his enemy's hope of surviving at all

But he wasn't that type of the person to stall at all, thus he was inclined to finish off his opponent at that very same place, unfortunately the opponents right infornt of him had proven themselves to be quite formidable even for him

While he was thinking all of this up while dodging and blocking Sephiria's attacks, Merlin suddenly came in from his blindspot and smacked his staff unto Asmodeus, causing him to crash unto the ground completely surprised

After crashing down, Asmodeus immediately recovered himself by doing a quick roll and stancing himself to face an additional enemy that he thought was insignificant, after all that surprise attack was so sudden even for him, causing him to be wary to the said person

Unfortunately Merlin wasn't that talkative person in battle at all, he immediately rushes up to him with a projected sword in hand and started combating him up close, despite being a mage himself

As if that wasn't enough after exchanging a tenth blow against each other, Merlin suddenly jumped back for a bit as multiple projectiles suddenly rained down from above and completely drilling down unto Asmodeus himself

In that moment without context, Asmodeus then found himself in a sudden 1v2 stance

From that attack Asmodues was then completely injured from that barrage, as all of his injuries suddenly disappeared in just a few seconds and started accumulating energy into his sycthe itself

Upon seeing that Merlin couldn't help but clicked his tongue as he comment unto the scythe itself

"That weapon truly proves to be a nuisance, much more to the person wielding it"

With a quick step merlin engaged into combat once more as Sephiria often provided cover for him, causing Asmodeus to find it hard to counter the onslaught

With such a rhythmic combo merlin then started attacking ferociously once more as he begun using his staff as his secondary weapon and shoots out some spell at occasional moments

1 exchange, 10 exchange, 20 exchange, as the fight goes on Asmodeus was then back into a corner as he finally  got done in when merlin suddenly struck him below causing him to smash unto the barrier itself

Gritting his teeth he then begun to glare at merlin himself, and even more to the girl which proved to be more annoying that the bug itself
