The beginning of the plane ride was mostly silent. Tony had work he needed to do and apparently, Nat liked to read during her plane rides. Cassie decided to spend the first couple hours of the flight writing down everything that she could remember from Civil War. Of course, it was one of the only Marvel movies she didn't have downloaded on her phone but she did have a pretty solid memory. She went over everything she could remember from Captain America's third movie.
Bombing in Vienna - Bucky accused, T'Chaka dies.
Steve, T'Challa, and Bucky run from the cops - they get captured.
Bucky was interrogated by Zemo - not supposed to be there.
Bucky and Steve escape, recruit Clint, Wanda, Scott
Tony and Nat recruit T'Challa, Peter, Rhodey
Battle at the airport - Rhodey crashes
Steven and Bucky go to Siberian Facility
Tony finds out about his parents - they fight
Steve releases everyone from prison and they go into hiding
"What do ya got there, kid?" Cassie looked up to see Tony staring at her. Quickly, she clutched the piece of paper to her chest.
"N-nothing.." she said, though it wasn't very convincing.
"Nothing? We both know that's a lie." He took a seat across from her, crossing his hands on the table between them. "Come on, tell me what you've got."
Cassie took a deep breath a folded the paper, placing it on the table and putting both her hands on top of it. "I was just trying to remember how all this plays out. I didn't have this movie downloaded when I came here."
"Still is weird to hear you talk about my life like it's a movie."
"Oh, I'm so sorry about that-"
"It's okay! Where you're from it is a movie. Our main priority after all this is getting you home."
Cassie felt a little better when Tony said that. She felt like she was invading something that she should never have. All her life, Cassie and her friend had dreamt of what it was like to meet the characters for real. Not just the actors or the people playing them at Disneyland or Hollywood Blvd, but actually them. Now that she was here, speaking on a private jet to the real Tony Stark, she didn't know if it was all she made it out to be.
"So," Tony continued. "What do you got on that list for me."
"W-well," she started. Take one thing at a time, she told herself. "Something happens at the Accords signing..."
Tony looked at her, waiting for more. "And?"
"And well... just stay close to the King of Wakanda and his son- protect them is all I'm saying... I'm sorry I want to help but if everything changes then I won't know what happens next."
"It's okay, I get it. Nat!" Natasha looked up from her book on the other side of the plane. "Stay close to the Wakandan King and his son all right? Something might happen to them."
Nat gave a nod before returning to her book.
"Anything else I should know about?" He asked Cassie.
"Well... there's a lot of stuff... but just know that what happens in Vienna, it's not Bucky's fault."
"Bucky..." Nat said from across the room, looking up from her book. "That's Cap's friend, right? The Winter Soldier?"
"Yeah..."
