It was nearing midnight in the house that belonged to Jack and Amber, all of the group of friends laughing and joking with each other, talking about the days that they remembered like it was yesterday.

"Nah, do you not remember the size of Jacks forehead" Amber laughed, as Jack grumbled to himself, removing himself from the chairs to get another drink, as Amber laughed at her fiancée, it was maddening to think they had been together so long, and their lives were only just beginning.

"Don't you find it weird how we all link to Ash though?" Mia stated, as she took another sip from the wine bottle she had been drinking, Mason groaning to himself at how drunk she already was, and how paralytic she would be by the time she crawled into bed. "I know, I'm like the sun and you're all the planets" Ashley giggled, before she smiled to herself, she was drunk, and there was no hiding that. "Oh I love this song" Ashley smiled, as she pulled her friends up from their chairs, dancing around as Mason chuckled to himself, turning the music up.

Hey, hey, hey, oh why you're wearing that to walk out of my life, hey, hey, hey, oh even though it's over you should stay tonight

Mason stood with a beer bottle in his hand, a smile on his face as he watched his own fiancée dance around the room like no one was watching, Jacks smile and stance radiating the same posture, happy with himself that he got to see his own fiancée smile on her birthday, as Declan stood there watching Lauren, knowing that he couldn't be more happy that this was his life, and these were his friends.

But Ben, Ben couldn't help but have de ja vu, knowing that not so long ago this was the same scene he had watched before, the girls dancing and singing to a song whilst the males watched from afar, falling in love with their partners all over again.

"If she's got you smiling like that without doing anything we need to do something about this wedding" Mason mumbled, as his hand fell onto Bens shoulder, Jack looking from the girls to Ben and back again, knowing that he always wanted this to happen, but didn't quite understand the circumstances around it all fully until now.

Hey, hey, hey, if tomorrow you won't be mine, won't you give it to me one last time, oh baby, let me love you goodbye

"I'd marry her with a paper ring" Ben smiled, as the girls finished their dancing, walking over to the joys slowly, before they all agreed it was time to most likely call it a night, Ashley holding onto Bens arm as she walked with him to the rooms they had been given for the night.

"Bennnn, I can't get my shoes off" Ashley whined, as Ben laughed at her, she didn't appear to be that intoxicated, but considering she couldn't pull her trainers from her feet, it made him question whether was in fact anywhere near sober. "I wrote a song about you" Ashley smiled proudly, as Ben looked up at her from the floor, smiling at the thought he was on her mind, the same as she was his.

"Let's hear it then?" Ben smiled, as Ashley shook her head, giggling to herself. "Maybe one day" Ashley smiled, as her hand rested on his shoulder, as Bens hands worked on her untying her shoe laces, removing them from her feet.

But Ashley couldn't help but trace her fingers down Bens cheek, following his beard line, before her hand rested on his chin. "I wish I'd met you years ago" Ashley stated, as her thumb ran against his lip, as Ben kept the eye contact with her.
