I love weeding (manggabot). I used to weed at my grandparents' place and they have lots of this weed. This weed is called Purslane and it's my fave weed since it's too easy to pull out. I just found out a moment ago that this is edible and people in my country have been eating it! Wao!!!! How come I didn't know this? I'd been wasting this precious weed all my life!
You can cook this the same way as you cook water spinach (kangkong/tangkong). Yum yum yum I miss eating my fave food water spinach! Awa lang makauli ko'g Pinas magtangkong ko kada adlaw.
