[Shivaay - S, Rudra - Ru]

Oberoi Mansion

Shivaay entered the house with Mallika. OmRu were not at home when he returned on Friday so this was the first time they were seeing him after 2 weeks

Ru: Bhaiyya, where the hell have you been?

Om: No calls, no texts, how could you just disappear without telling anyone? Do you have any idea how worried we were?

S: I'm sorry guys, I had a lot to deal with

Mallika: Hi OmRu

Ru: Mallika didi! We haven't seen you in so long

Mallika: I know, I missed you guys too

One by one Mallika hugged everyone. Back in their school days, Mallika used to stay at the Oberoi mansion a lot and she was adored by most of the family members.

Om: How come you're back in India after all these years Mallika?

Mallika: Shivaay will tell you about that

OmRu looked at Shivaay questioningly.

S: We're back together

Om: What do you mean?

Ru: Are you guys dating again?

S: Yes

Om: How nice!

Shivaay knew from his tone that Om was just being polite but he wasn't happy

Om: Mallika why don't you freshen up, we'll catch up in a bit

Mallika looked at Shivaay and he nodded in a yes. OmRu took Shivaay along with them to Rudra's room

Om: What the hell Shivaay! for 2 weeks we were worried about you, Annika was so worried. No one knew where you were. All you did was send one text saying you're leaving.

S: I know, and I'm really sorry, I should have told you guys I was in England.

Ru: And now you've come back with your ex. What about Annika didi?

S: What about her?

Ru: You guys had gotten close

S: No

Om: yes you were Shivaay, you can't deny that. You flew to Delhi as soon as you found out she was in trouble. You spoke to your father after ages to get help for her and you say you weren't close

S: Yeah and what good did that do? He won again

Ru: What do you mean?

S: Mr Shakti Singh Oberoi tried to manipulate me again. Everything that I felt for Annika was smoke and mirrors courtesy of my so-called dad. He put her in my life, he wanted to manipulate me through her.

Om: Tell us clearly Shivaay, what happened?

S: That day in Delhi, I went to his room to thank him for his help when I overheard him talking to someone on a call.

Flashback

Shakti: Yes Shivaay spoke to me again. Sending Annika to meet him paid off. I had heard his behavior was different because of her but this is real progress. They're not even together and he has already taken a step towards me. Things could take a turn for the better in the future for me.
