To say the air was cold would be an understatement. But you had no other choice, the music in the apartment was too loud, and the people were annoying you, so you found yourself standing on the balcony alone. Smoking a cigarette despite promising to stop smoking.

You rubbed your bare arms to try and gain some friction and warmth, but to no avail. The door behind you opened and the sight of Bucky made a smile grow on your face... and your cigarette fall out of your mouth and into the snow on the concrete. "Damnit," You cursed before reaching down to pick it up.

"What're doing out here? It's like 50 degrees (Fahrenheit),"

"It's too loud in there, I couldn't think."

Bucky agreed with a nod, "Do you want my coat? It's really cold out here," You shook your head but he was already taking it off, "How about an exchange, you give me a smoke and I give you the gracious gift of warmth?"

"You got yourself a deal, Barnes."
