You were a Dauntless born initiate the same year Tobias transferredThe pair of you weren't close until the second stage, he hadn't asked for help but you thought he did too well in the first stage to fall behind because of his fearsEveryone (mostly Eric) poked fun at you favoring Tobias and called you a "Stiff Lover"At one point you gave Eric a bloody nose because he was so annoying, especially for being a transferEven during capture the flag, you shot Eric so Four wouldn't be eliminated (after that, Four didn't bother you in the game)
Tobias always said he didn't need your help but you couldn't help it...By the end of it, you were in second place and Tobias - now commonly known as Four were friendsThe dynamic between you two was fun and full of fake rivalryDuring the final stage, you nearly overtook Four despite having more fears than he did, but his already high ranking made him #1Soon after the end of initiation, you and Four found something more in your friendshipAnd so a relationship developed despite the denial between both of youIt wasn't long after that you two became this sort of power coupleEven though Four wasn't that high of a leader (even though he ranked higher), it felt as though you two were monarchsYou ruled over new initiates and Four ruled over security, it was perfectOn your six month ~ anniversary ~ you get matching tattoos on your wristsThe initiates loved it whenever Four would come and help out because watching you two spar was like watching two tigers prey on each otherFour never treats you like a weakling and in turn, you do the same for himBut whenever someone mentions Four's past, you're usually the one to shut them downSomething you two do every now and then is enter the other's fear landscape with them, it's therapeutic and a way to connect even moreFour even confides in you about being Divergent, it's a secret you promise to never tellIn general, things are good even with the bumps in the road now and again, you find teaching the initiates to be entertaining and it always keeps you on your toes
