Schizophrenia - 2

Hello everyone, I guess you guys are waiting for Haseena, but I wanted to write the experience on how Karishma and her family actually suffered after her father's demise. And How Karishma got this mental trauma. So this will be a long part. Haseena will come soon!

DS- Karishma kisse baat kar rahi ho?
.
KS- Papa se! (Smiles creepily)
.
DS and AS were shocked to see Karishma like this. They were trying to understand the situation.
.
KS- Aap sabne humse itna bada jooth kyu bola? Hum toh sanak gaye the. Koi baat nai ab sab theek hai. Hainaa papa?
.
DS- Karishma kya bol rahi ho tum? Yahan tumhare mere aur anubhav ke sivay koi nai hai.
.
KS - Amma kya bol rahi ho? Dekho papa idhar toh baithe hai dinning table pe. Aur khana laao naa, bhookh lag rahi hai hume. Papa aapko?
.
DS and AS look at each other shockingly.
.
DS- Karishma yeh kya batameezi hai.
.
KS- Kya batameezi, hum kuch samjhe nai?
.
DS( Shouts)- Yeh koi mazaaak hai kyaa??? Tumhare papa ko mare 1 hafta ho gaya Karishma! Aur tum unke naam ka mazak udaa rahi ho?
.
KS gets a shocks listening to this. She looks back and sees that her father is smiling looking at DS.
.
KS- (anger) Amma, mazak kar rahi hai kaa? Aur hum? Hum apne pitaji ka mazaak uadyanege? Kya ho gaya hai aapko dikh kyu nahi raha? Yahin toh (turns and pauses) papa? Papa kahan gaye? Yahin toh the. (Shouts) PAPA!!!! (Turns to her mother) Papa kahan hai?
(This sudden anger shocks Divya, as it is the first time she shouted at her mother)

DS- Karishma...
.
KS- (Shouts) Humare papa ko aapne humse wapas cheen liyaaa! Aapki himmat kaise hui aisa karne ki.( Throws a vase towards the door) Dur ho jaiye humse! ( punches the wall)Aapne humse humari zindagi cheen li amma. (Punches the wall again). Papa, Papa plzzz wapas aa jaiye. Amma aapko naraz nai karegi. Plz hume chodh ke mat jaiye (cries) Plzz, hum aapke bina nai reh sakte. (Goes on her knees and cries)
.
DS and AS were shocked. They were out of sense. They didn't know how to react. Karishma was beating herself without any pity. AS tried stopping Karishma, but she was out of control. The more they tried stopping KS the more she was harming herself.
.
KS starts laughing suddenly.
.
KS- Papa, Aap wapas aa gaye. Haha, dekha papa ne bola tha, agar hum khud ko chot pahuchayenge toh woh wapas aa jayenge. (Laughs) Ab kabhi hume chodh ke mat jaana. (Turns towards Her mother) Aur aap kabhi hume apne papa se dur mat karna, warna woh naraz ho jayenge.
.
DS was in utter shock. She was going to approach Karishma but KS faints. DS tries waking up Karishma but she got no response in return. She took karishma and makes her sleep on her bed,  and called a priest.
.
(OFC Indian Family will do that first)
.
The priest assured that the house is out of danger, and there is no soul harming anyone.
.
DS was in a pool of questions. If it was Karishma's father, why would he harm her daughter? If he is there, why can't Anubhav and I see them? And what does he wants from us? DS was in confusion. And Anubhav suggested her to visit the hospital once.
.
DS agrees and the trio goes to a psychiatrist.
.
Clinic-
.
Doctor- Mam, isse pehle bhi aisa kuch hua tha?
.
DS- Nai doctor, pehli baar Karishma ne aisa react kiya hai.
.
D- Kya aapki beti ko kisi cheez ka trauma hua hai abhi kuch months mai?
.
DS- Ji doctor, mere husband aur Karishma ke papa ki death ho gayi thi. Karishma unse bhut close thi. Jaane ke baad bhut hi alag se ho gayi thi, humse dur rehne lagi, school mai bhi iski kaafi shikayat thi, humne school ki complaints ko ignore kiya. Par Karishma tab bhi gumsum se rehti thi. Aur aaj jo hua bhut hi alag hua.
(DS recites everything that happened few hours back)

D- Mam, aapki baaton se mujhe lagta hai that
Your daughter is suffering from schizophrenia. Mujhe kuch tests karneke baad  hi conclusion ho payega
.
DS- Par yeh Schizophrenia hota kya hai doctor? Aur isse theek kaise honge?
.
D-  Schizophrenia ek  type ka disorder hai jisme patient ke sochne, feel karne, aur bartav mai bhut farak aa jaata hai. Isme delusion, hallucinations and bahari duniya se kat jaane ka symptoms hote hai. Jaise aapne Karishma ki halat kahi, isse yahi sab symptoms samajh mai aa rahe hai. Tab bhi mai aapko tests ke baad hi conformation de paunga. But agar results positive hue toh you have to take care of Karishma. Aur bhi pehle se jayda. Isme patient ko depression and sucidial thoughts aane ki possibility hai... Aur iske treatments, I am sorry Ms. Singh, iske abhi tak koi appropriate ilaaz nai hai. Aapko bas usko support karna hai aur uska akelapan dur karna hai.
.
DS- Ji Doctor, hum dhyaan rakhenge par abhi kya karna hai?
.
D- Humne dawai likh di hai aur therapy bhi Karishma ki hoti rahegi.
.
DS- Thank you so much doctor.
.
KS opens her eyes in sees she is in clinic, she sees her mother sitting near her.
.
KS- Amma hum yahan? Aur kya hua tha abhi? (Remembers something) Hum yahan kaise aaye? Aur papa? Woh kahan hai (Panics) fir se? Kahan hai woh (sternly)
.
DS- Karishma, papa kisi kaam se thane gaye hai. Don't worry aapke papa aapko kabhi chodh ke nai jaayenge, kaise jaa sakte hai? Aapse itna pyaar jo karte hai.
.
KS was looking down feeling ashamed of what she did to her mother. She was feeling guilty.
.
DS- Kya hua Karishma?
.
KS- Amma hume maaf kar dijiye, humne jo bhi batameezi ki aapke saath. Kaa hai na bhaukhlaa gaye the hum.
.
DS hugs her. Then DS gives 2 tablets to Karishma. Karishma takes it and they leave for home. As Karishma had some medications she slept early in her room.
.
Now, Anubhav and DS were left in the dining room, which was looking terrible.
.
AS- Amma, aapne Karishma ko sach kyu nai bataya?
.
DS- Chahte toh hum bhi nai the Anubhav. Doctor ne kaha ki usko dheere dheere hi sach pta chalna chahiye, medicine aur therapy uska kaam karegi. Hume usko support karna hai. Aise act karna hai jaise sab normal. ( Puts her hand on his shoulder) tum humara saath doge na?
.
AS- Amma, hum aapka aur behna ka saath kabhi nai chodhenge. Hum aapke saath hai.
.
Meanwhile KS comes half asleep, she was disturbed with the noises. She notices that her father hasn't come home.
.
KS- Amma, papa ab tak kyu nai aaye? Bhut late ho gaya hai. ( Scared)
.
DS- Karishma tum toh bhulti jaa rahi ho sab kuch. Aaj tumhare papa ki night duty hai. ( Laughs)
.
KS- Accha? Koi baat nai, aap log kya baikati kar rahe hai. Humari neend ka churan kar diya. Huh!
.
DS- Sorry bacha, hum bhi jaa rahe hai sone. Thik hai? (Nods at Anubhav)
.
AS- Haan behna chaliye naa.
(Anubhav and Karsihma goes upstairs to sleep)
.
Next day
.
KS comes to her mother's room, she notices that her father isn't present, she gets panics and rushes out of the room. She tries calling on her father's phone, but everytime  she hears that the phone is switched off. Karishma in anger throws the phone and starts getting restless. Her body starts shivering. She finds herself in a situation she never thought she will come in. Unaware of what to do next, she punches the wall. She felt light after doing that. Her mind instructed her body to do it again. She did. She continued it till someone came and stopped her. It was Divya. She saw her hand and the her knuckles, which were drenched in blood. She slapped Karishma without thinking anything. This brought Karishma back to reality. And she saw her hand and then her mother who was crying in extreme tension.

KS- Amma, woh Papa phone nai utha rahe toh.
.
DS (shouts) - Toh, gusse mai kuch bhi kar logi tum? Haan? Kya haal bana diya hai apna? Itna gussa kahan se aa raha hai tumne? Ek baar humara nai toh apne papa ka toh khayal karo Karishma, unko tumhe aise dekh acha lagega kya? Humse toh koi matlab hai bhi nai tumhe. (Cries covering her face with her palms) 
.
KS- Amma, hum bhi nai jaante, hume bas khud ko maar ke acha laga. Hum aapse bhut pyaar karte hai amma, par hume pta nai kya ho gaya, aisa laga koi karwa raha hai humse. Hume aisa laga koi boj halka hua humare sar se aur kuch nai. Hum.... Hum nai karenge amma... Hum pakka nai karenge.... Aap mat roiye plz ( bents down and hugs her mother's knees).
.
DS stands her up and applies treats her knuckles.
.
DS-  Koi nai chalo, nashta kar lo, school bhi jaana hai naa. Chalo.
.
KS eats
her breakfast and goes for school.
.
DS calls Karishma's doctor.
.
DS- Doctor, usne aaj khud ko bhut maara hai? Mujhe samajh nai aa raha mai exactly kya karun? Uske jayda der tak jhooth bhi nai bol sakti?  Kya aaya hai uski reports mai?
.
D- Mam, Reports Positive aaye hai. Aap please humse miliye. Bhut kuch discuss karna hai.
.
DS- Ji mai aati hun.
