POV: Narrator

It was Saturday as Akira walked down the street. He finished up his grocery shopping for his family.

He walked pasted a cafe, thinking-

Akira Thinking: I can go for a coffee right now.

The boy walked in and stood in line. He looked to his left and saw the table he was next to with several decent size cakes. He looked more left to see someone.

Akira: Ah, Itsuki?

Itsuki: Ah, Akira, it's, it's not what it looks like!!

Akira: It looks like you're eating a whole bunch of food.

Itsuki: I TOLD YOU IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!!! Miku just went to the restroom that's all.

Akira: Mmkay whatever.

The line moves up, and so does he.

Itsuki: Don't ignore me!!!

Akira: What do you want me to do?

Itsuki: N-Nothing, just, forget about this whole thing!!

Akira: Fine by me.

Miku: Akira?

Akira: Oh hey.

Itsuki: MIKU!! What horrible timing.

Miku: Was I interrupting something?

Itsuki: NO WHAT WOULD WE BE DOING!!??

Miku: I don't know.

Akira: I'm going to get a coffee now.

Itsuki: Do whatever!!

Akira walks forward and gets his well-deserved coffee. He walks back and sees Miku waving him over. He rolls his eyes and walks over.

Akira: What's up?

Miku: Did you want some, we have a lot.

Itsuki: HUH?!?!

Akira: Heh, I'm ok, thank you.

Miku: I insist.

Akira Thinking: I'm guessing No isn't an answer.

Akira: I guess I can take a cupcake. Thank you.

Itsuki: So why are you even out here?

Akira: I got some food. See.

He lifts up a bag of fruits and noodles.

Akira: I think we'll have soba tonight.

Miku: That sounds good. Um, Akira, can I ask you something?

Akira: Sure go ahead.

Miku: When I cook, do you like it?

Akira: . . . .

Miku: That was the whole question.

Akira: Yeah I know, I'm just trying to come up with an appropriate answer.

Miku: Huh?

Itsuki: I told you Miku, you need more practice.

Akira: That's it.

Miku: ÓwÒ

Akira: Listen Miku, I know you'll get there. You're still learning, and we know how hard that is.

She nods silently.

Akira: It took me years to learn to cook for my family, you can't rush it.

Miku: Ok. I'll keep trying.
