Shoto is nearing 16 years old. Y/c is his caretaker. Shoto never really grew in mental age since he was eight, so he always wants to have fun doing physical activities and do random stuff. He's the only prince though, so he needs to take the thrown. In order to though, he needs someone to marry. He is always being berated by Enji for being childish, but he really cant help it. He grew to just take it and built up mental fortitude to anyone but y/c. y/c is the only person he is close with.
One day, he is rocking side to side in his room on his bed lost in thought and smiling. He looks at y/c. "You're really pretty. When I'm older, I wanna marry you." he says in a light tone.
