Mental hospital au. (Could be asylum, or simple hospital from today. Asylums were big in the mid 1900s to stuff disobedient women into. Mental hospitals are good places most of the time.))
Shoto is not mentally well. R/c noticed that he is not responding most of the time, doing random things, tripping into things, or simply walking into walls and saying things that don't make sense. R/c then learns of shoto's home life and brings shoto into the hospital. R/c guides him gently. R/c tells the closest doctor, y/c about what is going on and how shoto is only technically conscious sometimes and how r/c thinks its connected to abuse from home. It was a gradual thing that happened too.
Shoto slowly focuses himself and he looks around, blinking a bit. "Where are we?" He asks.
