I open my eyes to be floating in a tree, I gasp as someone puts their hand on my mouth. I turn around to see the guy holding me over the tree. I looked down to see these men in pure black clothing with a couple guards of the blind eye.
" Let's go." They say walking the other direction.
As 30 seconds passed I felt my body hit the floor,
" Thank you." I say to the guy.
"You're welcome princess. Follow me. I have somewhere we can stay for a bit. " He says, grabbing my hand.
As we walk through the forest I keep hearing noises, I walk closer to him from fear.
" Damn princess, I didn't know you had a fear side, I thought you were always a warrior" He says looking at me with a smile. I roll my eyes as he stops me.
" Girl, you nearly ran into my home." He says. I look up to see a massive tree.
" Your home?" I said laughing. He nods and walks towards the trunk.
He knocks on it as the trunk of the tree opens up. My jaw hit the floor.
"Close your mouth before you get a bug in there. And come here." He says laughing.
I close my mouth and shimmy my way over to the opening.
" Hold on," He says.
"The tree has an elevator?!" I say.
" Yes." He says in the most dry voice ever. I roll my eyes but once I open them we're in this massive tree house.
"Welcome to my home princess." he says, I gasp as I get out the elevator in disbelief..
It was a massive tree house! I ran straight to the window. I had a beautiful view, it was a place I had never seen before.
" Come here princess." He says. I walk over to this beautiful purple room.
" This can be yours while we hide out for a while. He says.
"Damn you, we're ready for me?" I say laughing, he rolls his eyes.
" Look, it's getting late. Go to bed, we can talk tomorrow" he says yawning, I agree.
" Good night." I say closing my door, Time to look around. I looked around, There was a wardrobe I hadn't seen yet. I opened it to photo's of Aura with this guy, I wasn't able to specify who because his face was burnt. I chose to ignore it and I went to bed.
Next morning, I woke up to the smell of burritos. I stretch and open the door.
" Ayy good morning Princess! " He says holding up a breakfast burrito. I smile.
" Good morning!" I say sitting down on the island. He passes me a plate of breakfast and I start to devour the food.
" Oh and I never got your name, princess." he says.
"My name is Joyanna Budski, but call me Joy" I say with a heartwarming smile, He bows.
" Oh and what's your name?"
"Asher Smi- I mean Moon" He says.
"Oh wow, Nice name!" I say,
" Same for you, Joy." he says with a smile.
" Stay here. I need to go down to the city to get some groceries." He says going down the elevator.
It's my chance to look around. I sit up and start to walk around. I got into a hallway full of rooms, They all had labels on them.
"Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother, Asher, Puppy" I read outloud walking down the hallway.
"He had siblings?" I ask myself.
I open the sisters room to see it as a disaster.. It was pink but everything was everywhere.. I close the door, I open the brothers door to a fancy themed room, It was very colour full with Blue and green. There was a family portrait but all the faces were burnt... Weird.. Last room was ashers, I walked into this beautiful yellow room, it had a photo portrait. I open the lights and walk towards it. I gasp as I see the portrait.. I hear the elevator so I instantly run out and jump onto the couch.
" Hey!" Says Asher walking in.
" Hey.. you're back fast? " I say.
" Yeah.. I forgot something.. Are you okay?" he says walking towards me.
" Yes yes I am, I just need air.." I say walking to the elevator and pressing the button to go down. "HOW THE HECK IS THAT POSSIBLE.." I tell myself, I panic and instantly run when I arrive on the ground.
I run as fast as I can in tears of realizing what just happened. I run like the wind until I run out of breath. I lean against a tree to regain my breath. As I look up I see this village in the trees, I walk in hoping to find help.
" Helloooo, is anyone there? " I yell hoping to find help..
This arrow gets shot beside me getting my full attention. These girls jump from the tree's pointing their arrows at me.
" Who are you and what are you doing in our village?" says one of the girls.
" I come in peace, my name is Princess Joy Budski from Azmar Cove, I need help." I say in fear. This man falls from the tree.
" Lay off, she's harmless. She's a princess, you idiots. Go back to work" he yells.
He walks towards me and bows.
" Welcome to Windrip Valley M'lady, How may I assist you on your quest today? " He says, looking at me "Come, I'll bring you some food and water." He says bringing me towards a castle.
