"Good morning devil spawn."

"Good morning to you too future mvp." Taehyun teased, leaned against his chair as Minjeong entered the classroom. "you're early."

Today was a different day. A different start from the usual rough morning students from 10-G would face on a Monday morning. Unlike the usual tornado passed room, everything was neat, not a single chair and table turned upside down. Even Brad (who unlike normal troublemakers who you expect would be late in class, was always on time) was in his seat busy typing away on his phone. Not to mention that no fight (verbal and physical) was happening. It was a nice different.

Minjeong threw her bag on the floor before pulling her seat. She felt fulfilled as she was not cramming weekend assignments. Not to mention that today would be her first official practice as a member of the soccer team. She was going to show those testosterone pumped men that even a less pumped individual could be on par with them.

"Jaemin isn't here yet." Taehyun noticed, surprising Minjeong. It was not everyday Taehyun would look for the male he despised.

Minjeong faked a horrified gasp, planting her palms on Soobin's empty seat and leaned forward, close to Taehyun. "Are you missing your little bunny?"

"missing?" Taehyun snorted, flicking Minjeong on his forehead. "Since when would I miss him?"

"You didn't deny the your," Minjeong teased, enjoying the look of realization on Taehyun's face. She giggled, moving away before Taehyun could hit her head with his clenched fist. Who knows, maybe there was something behind that hate. "Don't tell me you like him."

"Taehyun likes Na?" Soobin arrived, standing in front of his desk with a surprised expression. He blinked at Taehyun who kept denying the allegations with a blush. "You do!?"

"I don't you idiot!" Taehyun denied. There was no way he liked the self-absorbed Na Jaemin. That was suicide because loving Jaemin was like eating a deadly poison that has no cure. "Why would I?"

"I don't know," Soobin placed his bag on the floor, waited for Minjeong to move his hand off his chair before sitting down. He rested his long arms on his desk and turned to Taehyun. "Jaemin is not an entirely bad entity."

"You make him sound like some evil spirit." Minjeong snorted, scratching her nose with her pointer finger. The two turned to him with a passive look. "Then again, to some extent he is. "

"Can we try to stop talking about him?" The more they talked about Jaemin, the bigger the possibility of him suddenly popping up. Taehyun was not ready to face that menace. He sighed, seeing Soobin and Minjeong comply to his request. "Thank you."

"It makes me question why you don't like him." Soobin muttered, picking up his bag by its handle and placing it on his lap. He unzipped his bag, then rummaged. "I mean, Jaemin isn't that self-centered."

Minjeong snickered. Oh if only Soobin knew. She already saw the way Jaemin in his calculative ways. It was disturbing. "Well, other than self-centered, he's nosy."

"I second the motion." Taehyun agreed with a nod of his head. "He does not know how to stay out of people's business."

Minjeong wondered if Taehyun ever got to experience a nosy Jaemin. Well, if Jaemin's attention was hard to catch like spotting a ufo, then it would be impossible but not everything impossible is impossible.

Which made her wonder if Taehyun and Jaemin went back. Well, obviously seeing as how Taehyun talked about Jasmin with bitter familiarity. It was the matter of how far back they were.
