Today is a rainy day and me and Jeff are playing uno.
He's currently cheating because I haven't won a single round.
"No more"
I tell him.
"Oh come on"
"Nope"
He ended the game and puts face time on.
"I clearly won"
I shrug and smile.
"I mean if you say so"
"Come on barcode"
I take out papers and a pen.
"Right school"
"Tell me about it"
"What they making you do now?"
"Writing"
He smiles and pull out his guitar.
"Music right?"
"Yes please"
He begins to play and starts to sing.
It helps me focus and I don't mind.
I began to write and hum.
I continue to write as he sings.
Days like these are my favorite because I'm not alone.
