"Okay, let's go back home" Scarlett said after finishing her scenes for the day and changing into her normal clothes.
The twins just followed their mother to the car nonetheless and they bumped with Chris on their way to the car
"Hey, how're you feeling? Are you dizzy? Does it hurt?" Chris said to Alexa, inspecting her body all over again.
"No. I'm fine. I'm good" Alexa replied
"You're sure?" Chris asks again
"I just wanna go home please"
"Okay Bubs. Go rest yourself okay? If anything, just tell any of us okay? Promise?" Chris said firmly
Alexa just nodded her head and got into the car while Axel hugs their father. Chris still got some scenes to shoot and Scarlett was done for the day.
"Don't wait for me okay? I'll be home late but I'll come to give your goodnight kisses and hugs. Take care of your sister and your mom for me while I'm working, okay buddy?" Chris said to his son. Perks of having a son.
"Of course I will, Dad. Bye, take care of yourselves too"
"Love you Buddy"
"Love you too Dad"
Chris just smiles while watching his son get into the car with his daughter. Never in a million years he thought he'd get to be their father again but he is so damn lucky right now.
They are his whole world.
"You call me if you or the twins need anything okay?" Chris said to Scarlett
"I know. You'll be the first one I'll called" Scarlett said, grinning
"Good. I just gotta make sure to drill that in your brain. Like mother like daughter isn't it?" Chris exclaimed while smirking
Scarlett just scoffed and chuckles
"She really is a mini me isn't she?" Scarlett said softly, looking at the twins in the car
"Yup and that's why I know that you'll be the one who will get her to come back in every aspect" Chris responded. Scarlett just smiles softly at him.
"Come straight home" Scarlett said giving him a stink eye, knowing Chris will most likely joining the guys to go drinking
"Yes ma'am" Chris answered and kissed her on the cheek.
They haven't come out to everyone else yet about their relationship. They want to tell them once the twins know about it first and once Alexa and Scarlett's relationship is somewhat okay.
They bid their goodbye and Scarlett drove off to go back home.

When they've arrived home, Alexa realizes it is not Chris's house. It was Scarlett's
"What are we doing here?" Alexa asks confusedly
"We're home already?" Scarlett said, also confused
"No, this is not home. It's not my home" Alexa replied as she didn't get inside of the house
"What are you talking about? This is your home too" Scarlett said
"It never was," Alexa states simply.
It makes Scarlett heart broke at that statement.
"Baby, please come inside. You're tired, I'm tired and we're all tired from today. Let's rest ourselves please" Scarlett stated
"Fine if you're so tired, I'm gonna go to Noah's. I'll have a sleepover at his house" Alexa exclaimed as she started to walk away but Scarlett grabs her wrist
"Alexa, that's not what I meant and you know it. Please. Can we just go inside?" Scarlett pleads.
Alexa actually feels shitty treating her mother like this. She could see the tiredness in Scarlett's eyes. She did want to push this more to see how Scarlett will react but then she caught a glance from her brother too, pleading to her to just listen to their mother this time.
"Why'd you have to do me like this?" Alexa whispers, hurts laces through her voice and she gets inside before Scarlett could respond.
Scarlett and Axel chase Alexa into the house
"Do what Alexa?" Scarlett said once again stopping Alexa from moving further.
"Alexa I won't know if you don't talk to me. I need you to talk to me sweet girl so that I could understand you more like you've asked for" Scarlett said when all she met was with silence from Alexa
"Why'd you make me feel shit for treating you like this? But it was okay for you to treat me the same way I did to you now. Instead it's even worse than what I'm doing now! Why Mama why?" Alexa told her mother brokenly. Tears falling out to her cheeks uncontrollably
Scarlett heart broke even more when she heard her daughter confession like that. With the addition of 'Mama' that sounded so broken.
"Is that truly how you feel right now?" Scarlett asks as her own tears fall too.
"Yes" Alexa whispers brokenly
"It was because you are my sweet girl. You've been through a lot and you still manage to keep your heart and I'm proud of you. I think I'm being fair enough for you, I think I show you that I love you but it clearly does the opposite of it and I'm terribly regretful about it. I swear I'll do anything to make it up to you. I'll spend the rest of my life making it up to you as long as I don't lose you again. Because I can't bear on losing either of my children and if I'm being biased here, I can't lose you especially. Half of my soul is gone if you are gone from my life." Scarlett stated
Alexa fell to the ground, making everyone shocked as she let out a sob. Scarlett did what she thought best, she just hugs her daughter and she was so fucking relieved when Alexa hugs her tighter as she cries loudly, wailing.
"I promise you I'll give you my best and please give me a chance. I'm begging you" Scarlett said softly, still in tears.
Axel just stands behind them, watching all of this unfold in front of his eyes. He knows Alexa and Scarlett need to work this out between them by themselves.
But Alexa is so scared of everything now, she's protecting herself even from her own mother. She has given her plenty of chances and yet here they are, in the same result that Alexa didn't want it to be.
So no. She decided to be selfish this one time even if she wants nothing but to give Scarlett her more chances.
"I'm sorry"
And that's all it took for Scarlett to be heartbroken all over again. That's when Scarlett realized that she messed up so bad.
Alexa then walks upstairs and locks herself in her assigned room in Scarlett's house. Scarlett just sits there on the floor, wallowing.
"Action speaks louder than words, Mom. Remember that" Axel kneels in front of his Mom and smiles softly. He's giving Scarlett advice on how to crack Alexa's wall. He does this for Alexa. He doesn't care much about Scarlett because it's her fault too but he did this for Alexa.
Whether Alexa believes it or not, she needs Scarlett in her life and he knows Scarlett also needs Alexa. So it'll be a win-win situation for everyone.
