Painted faces
Mirrors judgment
Side ways
Front ways
What is the best way
Critical of every blemish
Caked on
Pushed up
Tucked in
Heaven forbid you're not porcelain
I hate the world that has made women feel this way
Pluck and pull
Tweeze
Wax
Shave
No wonder the razor slips
Wide hips
No hips
How much is a butt lift
Love a woman for who she is
Love a woman for the creation of life
Love a woman for enduring
Love a woman for strength
Throw down Victoria
Throw down Vogue
For God’s sake
Bring her that extra slice of cake.

PoetryThis is a collection of poems that I have written about my struggles with depression, anxiety, love, nature, and the darker aspect of the world that seems to always hammer on my heart. I hope this reaches some of you.
