Episode 4: Couple up

Guys! I AM SO SORRY FOR BEING GONE FOR SO LONG!

I needed to take my rest and my health had to come first. I got an operation, I lost weight way too quickly  and it made my body very weak.

YESTERDAY I SAW LOUIS AT THE LOKERSE FEESTEN AND I WANTED TO CRY HE IS SO FUCKING PRECIOUS!

Louis is sitting in the big bedroom. While the other boys are outside chilling, Louis is waiting for Harry to get out of the shower. Harry is shy sometimes and he hates entering a group alone so yeah Louis suggested that he'd wait for him so they could go together towards the rest of the boys. Really, in a short time Louis and Harry are great friends actually. His thoughts are with the cool stuff he has done with Harry until a voice interrupts him.

"Are you sure you are fine with me coupling up with Taylor tonight?" Danielle asks Louis nervously. "I feel a bit shit just leaving you like that."

"Sweetheart, that's the game. You and Taylor are great together, don't mind me."

"But I'd feel horrible if you get kicked off the island, Louis. You are my friend and I don't want to say goodbye to you yet."

"Don't worry about it. I'm going to couple up with Harry. We've expected this." Louis smiles at the younger girl and it's like a weight leaves her shoulders.

"So you are alright with it then?"

"Are you asking me if I'm alright with it? You and Taylor are very cute together, who would I be to come in between that?"

"You are the best, Louis!" She jumps on Louis, hugging him tightly and Louis laughs. He adores Danielle, he really does, but the wanting to sleep with her thing? Completely over. She is like a sister to him.

"I hope that you guys figure stuff out and stay together."

"I hope the same for you and Harry, Lou. The two of you look cute together as well."

"What?" Louis raises his eyebrow and shakes his head "Oh no, girl that's not the case. Harry and I, we don't have feelings towards each other. We just get along. We're pals, bros, friends, not-"

"having feelings for each other?" she smirks. "Okay, whatever you say."

"It's still early in the show, Dani. I mean- you have found someone quickly but I'm not that type of guy. I don't really fall in love, you know. It's just not my thing."

"I feel like this is your manly ego speaking but whatever makes you sleep at night Lou."

"Don't you have to go upstairs to do your make up and shit with the other girls, huh?"

"I don't know, don't you have to be hanging around the pool with the lads?"

"Yeah but Harry-"

"Harry what?" Danielle crosses her arms and smirks.

"Nothing, I-"

"I'm ready, Lou!" Harry enters the bedroom, looking as hot as ever. His curls are falling down, he is wearing a pink shirt with only the last few buttons closed and a ripped skinny jeans. His hair is still a bit damp and he is wearing a pair of Chelsea boots.

"Well, we go to the guys." Louis says to Danielle. He kisses her cheek. "I'll see you in a bit."

"You're kissing her cheek." Harry observes. "You haven't changed your mind, have you?"

Louis turns around, eyes lingering a bit too long at Harry's exposed skin.

"Of course not, Curly. She's like a sister to me. I'm not going to fuck my sister."

"Well, you also are not going to fuck me but we're still going to couple up." Harry sasses back.

"Are you so sure." Louis teases, playfully slapping Harry on the butt.

"You're the worst." Harry laughs, shaking his head. "Like literally the worst."

"Well now you are just trying to break my heart, don't you?" Louis bites his lip, teasingly nudging Harry in the side.

"I don't know why, Lou but for some reason I think you are the one that's going to break hearts."

"Scared I'm going to break your heart, Curly?" Louis wiggles his eyebrows and Harry bites his lip, shaking his head.

"Nah, you'll never be able to."

It's an hour later when Kendall gets a text that everybody has to gather around the campfire. So now they are sitting in a half circle and nobody is really sure what to do.

"What do we have to do? Because normally it's always changing right? One campfire the girls can choose and the other the boys but now if they want to choose each other, that's impossible." Taylor says, her hand resting in Danielle's. Right on time Harry's phone beeps.

"I got a text!"

Dear islanders. The person that gets a text has to stand up, do their speech and choose the islander they want to couple up with. Good luck and lots of love! Harry, you are the first one to pick your partner.

"Oh wow..." Sara says. "That's actually a good concept so now the show decides who gets to pick. Alright, Harry let's go!"

Harry stands up awkwardly. He hates to be the first to do this. He has been thinking about a speech all day but now that the moment is there, with the people looking at him, Louis looking at him with his soul cutting blue eyes.

"Alright, yeah so uh- The person I would like to couple up with is really funny. They make me laugh a lot and I enjoy spending time with them- yeah I guess." Harry is sweating, playing with the rings on his fingers while Louis gives him an encouraging smile. It makes his heart beat a little bit faster, but the sweating lessens.

"So, the person I'm going to couple up with is Louis. Is that okay though for you?" Harry has been staring at the ground during the whole speech, only now he dares to look towards Louis, still not in the eyes though.

Louis stands up and pulls Harry in a hug.

"Of course it's alright." He whispers in Harry's ear. "It's totally alright, no need to be nervous." Louis grabs Harry's hand and leads him back on the bench. He pulls his arm around Harry, pulling him a bit closer. He knows how uncertain Harry is and it had to be hard for him to be the first one. The least Louis can do is comfort him a bit.

Harry leans into Louis' touch, head resting on the older boy's shoulder and one hand grabbing Louis' smaller one.

He is happy now that he has Louis. He is a great friend. He hopes they both quickly find the love of their lives in here so they can both stay till the end.
