Cheerleader Gerard!

"Hey Gerard" I smiled, walking into his dressing room.
"Hi babe" he said, looking at his outfit.
"What are you gonna wear tonight?"
"I'm supposed to wear this cheerleader dress thing but I don't know"
"Why? You'll look amazing"
"You think so?"
I put my hands on his waist and swayed from side to side. "I know it"
He gave me a kiss and smiled a little. "I'm still not sure, maybe I should just put on a 'Mikey fucking Way' shirt like the rest of the guys"
"Gerard, please put on that dress and show everyone who's the prettiest guy on the planet"
He hesitated for a moment and then nodded.
"Of course"

Gerard took off his shirt and jeans and changed into the dress.
"Y/N I can't get the zipper" he whined. "Help me"
I chuckled and helped him with it.
"There you go honey" I smiled, kissing his nose.
He looked in the mirror and fiddled with the hem of the dress. "I love it"
"I knew you would"
He turned around and put his hands on my shoulders.
I kissed him passionately, caressing his back.

"Go show 'em what you got" I whispered.
"I will" he said. "You'll get to be on our side of the safety barrier"
"Aww, I could've been with the crown just fine"
"Nope, only the best for the love of my life"
"You're sweet" I placed a kiss on his cheek.

Gerard went on stage with the guys and I went to the barrier.
"Oh hi Y/N" Kristin smiled.
"Guess Mikey wanted you to be up front too?" I chuckled.
"The Way brothers are just sweet"
"I know! And Gerard is absolutely adorable in his cheerleader outfit"
"A cheerleader outfit? Amazing!"
We were chatting in excitement before the show started.

After a couple songs Gerard glanced at me.
"So uh this song is dedicated to my husband, the love of my life" he said. "I love you Y/N"
My heart melted and I smiled as the band started to play 'The World is Ugly'.
Mikey walked over to us and smiled at Kristin and I.
Gerard ran over to me and gave me a kiss.
"I just wanted you to know... that the world is ugly but you're beautiful to me" he smiled and then got up to continue his performance.
I melted inside and rested my head on on the edge of the stage. "I love you so much"
Kristin chuckled at my reaction and I smiled.
"He's the best" I sighed. "My Gerard"

After the show Kristin and I went backstage and met up with the guys.
"You did so well honey" I smiled, hugging Gerard.
He rested his head on my shoulder and relaxed. "I need a shower" he sighed.
Frank ruffled my hair and sat down on the couch without saying a word.

Gerard took me to his dressing room and I helped him take off the cheerleader dress before getting undressed myself.
We got into the shower and turned on the water.
I relaxed, feeling the hot water on my skin.
Gerard chuckled at me, placing a small kiss on the back of my neck. "You're pretty"
"Thank you sugar" I smiled, playing with his hair.
He put his arms around me and sighed.
"I'm tired" he whispered.
"Me too, let's go to bed alright?"
"Yeah"

We dried off and put on some comfy clothes before going to a hotel.
It was fancy but all I wanted was to sleep next to Gerard before he'd have to continue touring.
I slumped onto the bed and Gerard followed.
He pulled me into him and closed his eyes.
"Goodnight love" I whispered.
"Goodnight" he mumbled sleepily into my chest.
