Special boy

3rd part to the MCR family shots continuing the "they came back" part!

"We have to get ready for the show soon" Ray said. "We can't be late, plus the arena is a 3o minute drive away"
"We get it Toro, we've been doing this for over 18 years" Gerard said.
"I just don't wanna be late"
"The vacuum guy will entertain the killjoys for a while if we need it" Frank put in. "They love him"
"C'mon, we have to drive to the arena and Gerard always takes forever no matter what he wears" Mikey said.
"I do not" Gerard said, pretending to be hurt.
"You do and that's a fact" Ray said. "In the van, let's go"

We went into the van and were driven to the arena.
We went backstage and I sat down.
"Y/N" Gerard said.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Take this so you can get around the place" he handed me an all access pass. "You'll be in front of the barrier with Kristin and you'll find us here after the show"
"Thank you"
He gave me a small kiss on the forehead and smiled. "Have fun"
"You too"

I found my way to the barrier and met Kristin there.
She gave me a hug and smiled. "All access huh?"
"Yeah, Gerard gave it to me, told me to go backstage after the show" I said.

Soon the show started and Gerard walked out with a cheerleader dress on while everyone else had their normal clothes.
My eyes lit up and I smiled at him.
Gerard smiled back and took the mic.

I watched in amazement as the 4 rocked out on stage together.
The way Gerard twirled and jumped around in his dress.
They all looked so happy.

"So uh this song is for Y/N" Gerard said, looking around at his band mates.
"He is our son and we love him very much" Ray said.
The cameras pointed down to me.
They started playing Teenagers and I grinned.

After the show I went backstage with Kristin.
Mikey gave her a loving kiss and smiled.
I ran up to Gerard and started telling him how cool he looks.
"I love the dress! It's so pretty! You look so good!"
He chuckled and hugged me. "Thanks but I'm really tired kid"
"Let's get to the hotel and just relax, eat something, have some tea maybe" Mikey said.
"I just wanna sleep" Frank groaned. "I'm so tired"

We went back to the hotel and Frank ran to the shower first.
Everyone was sweaty and Gerard struggled to get the dress off so I helped him with the zipper.
"Thanks bud" he smiled, ruffling my hair.
He just sat on the couch with his boxers on and relaxed.

After everyone took a shower we watched a movie, a Disney movie.
I fell asleep at some point and woke up in another room.
"Hey sleepyhead" Ray said, sitting next to me.
"Hi" I yawned.
He was in his pajamas and I was on his bed.
"We're sharing tonight?"
"Yeah"
He pulled me closer and kissed my cheek. "Goodnight"
"Goodnight Ray"

"Hey time to wake up" he said. "C'mon"
"No" I groaned.
He pulled me out of bed and picked me up.
"Let's go"
"Why and where?"
"Breakfast, living room"
I grabbed his shirt and shoved my face in it.
"I wanna sleep and the lights are too bright!"
Ray chuckled and took me to the living room.
"The child is awake!" Frank said. "Get him some pancakes"
"Y/N take your face out of Ray's shirt and eat some breakfast" Gerard said.
"No!" I whined.

Ray dropped me onto the couch and I yelped.
"Good morning" Mikey said.
"Hi" I mumbled, shielding my eyes from the lights.
He placed his hand over my eyes and I calmed down. "Better?"
"Yeah"
I placed my head on his lap and buried my face into his thigh.
"Y/N I got you pancakes" Gerard said.
"I'm not hungry" I mumbled into Mikey's thigh.
"You have to eat"
"No"
He pulled me up and kissed my forehead.
"Sweetie, it's important to eat breakfast"
"Fine"

After I was done we went out, just looking around the city and buying silly things.
"Oh my god, Gerard let's go try on the sunglasses" Frank said.
"Hell yeah"
They started trying on the funky sunglasses and giggling.
Ray chuckled and Mikey sighed, smiling slightly at the 2 lovable idiots.
"Hey kid, what do you wanna do?" Mikey asked.
I shrugged.
"We could go-"
"MIKEY! RAY!" Someone yelled.
2 people in their 20s, I guess, ran up to Mikey and Ray.
I grabbed Mikey's hand and hid behind him.
"Oh, we're such big fans"

They talked for a while and took some selfies.
I tried to stay hidden from their curiosity.
"So like why did you adopt Y/N? Who is he really?"
"We decided to adopt him a couple days ago. He's our son now, we all take care of him" Mikey explained.
"Why adopt him, he's not special and you all already have kids"
"That's not nice! He is special. Apologize!" Ray snapped, sounding furious.
"Sorry" both of the fans squeaked. "Sorry Y/N"
"It's okay" I mumbled. "I'm not anything special anyway"
Mikey's hand tightened around mine firmly.

The fans left and Mikey kneeled down in front of me.
"Y/N" he sighed. "You are so, so special, okay?"
"But-"
"We love you" Ray said. "And we know you're special"
Frank ran up to me and gave me a tight hug.
"Our special boy" he smiled.
I kicked my feet around in the air.
I had my face buried in his chest and he kissed the top of my head.
"Mhm" Gerard hummed in agreement, ruffling my hair.
