51. Ray Toro

Fluff!

"Listen Jamia, I get that your boyfriend's in the band but I'm busy and I can't come to the concert" I said.
"Busy with what? The last time we talked you didn't have anything to do today evening! And that was yesterday!" She complained over the phone. "Please Y/N!"
"Fine! Pick me up at 7"
"Yes sir, I'll  see you then" she hung up.

Jamia soon came to pick me up and gave me a VIP/Backstage pass.
"Frank told me I could bring a friend" she said.
I clipped the pass to my jeans and smiled at her.

We got to the arena and went backstage.
"Hi Jamia" Frank smiled, hugging his girlfriend tightly.
I've met Frank but I have never met his friends.
I know them by name of course Jamia has told me about them and Frank showed me some pics.
My eyes shot to Ray, the tallest of the group with fluffy curls.
"I brought Y/N along and he's kinda tired at the moment" Jamia said, nodding her head towards me.
"Hi" I mumbled.
"Welcome" Frank smiled. "You can sit on the couch and watch something with Ray if you want to"
I slumped onto the couch and curled up in a comfortable position.

"Y/N wake up" Jamia said. "They guys have to get on stage"
I opened my eyes and found myself on the couch with my head on Ray's lap.
I scrambled up in an instant and apologized.
"It okay, I didn't wanna wake you up because you looked so adorable" Ray said sweetly.
I blushed lightly and gave him a slight smile.
"C'mon guys we need to go" Mikey said.

Ray waved at me as he walked on stage.
"See ya" he said.
"Yeah" I sighed. "See ya"
"Ray's cute, don't try to hide it" Mikey smirked, walking past me.
I froze for a split second, my cheeks turning pink.
"Y/N let's go" Jamia said, grabbing my arm.
"Yeah, I'm coming" I said. "Do you know if Ray is, you know, gay?"
"Where's this coming from?"
"Nowhere, I was just wondering"
She chuckled and moved her hand to my shoulder.
"I know Ray's adorable and sweet but you can't be falling in love already"
"I'm not!" I protested. "I'm not falling in love!"
"Whatever you say. Now let's go or we're late"

"Alright! We're My Chemical Romance and this is a song from our second album. It's called I'm Not Okay (I promise)" Gerard said.
Jamia smiled at Frank as he started playing his guitar aggressively.
Frank dropped onto his knees and gave Jamia a little kiss on the forehead.
I stared at Ray and his fluffy hair flowing around as he played.
My eyes soon moved down to his hands and the way the moved on the guitar.
He glanced at me and chuckled.
I smiled and Jamia elbowed my side.
"So you're not falling in love?" She teased.
I frowned at her for interrupting my staring session.

I turned back to Ray and smiled again.
He's so beautiful, an angel.
He walked over to me and kneeled down.
I pressed my forehead against his and closed my eyes.
He ruffled my hair and got back up, leaving me cold without his warm touch.
"Why do you look so sad all of a sudden?" Jamia asked.
"Sad? No, I'm fine I'm just tired" I said.
She glanced at Ray and then back at me. "So-"
"Alright fine! I like him!"
"Hah! I knew it"
I sighed in defeat and glanced up at Ray. "I've got no chance"
"What if I-"
"If you tell him you're dead"

We went back into the dressing rooms and the band lounge after the show was over.
The guys came in a while later but I couldn't get my eyes off Ray.
He was sweaty and tired yet he still looked amazing.
"Hey Ray, did you know that Y/N has a crush on you?" Jamia asked out of the blue.
"What?" He turned to look at me.
I got up and walked out, embarrassed.
"Well there goes the last chances I could've had" I sighed.
I walked in the parking lot and it started raining.

"Y/N!" Ray yelled, running after me. "Wait!"
I turned around and raised an eyebrow at him.
"Just wait" he sounded exhausted.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Is it true?"
"Yeah and I told Jamia not to tell anyone"
"Listen, I really wanna go out with you and I wanna spent time with you"
I looked up at him and he smiled.
"Can I give you a kiss?"
I nodded and his lips collided with mine.
