Betrayal and Loss

A/N: Forgor to make a story yesterday :/ This does take place in 3rd life... you know where I'm going with this lmao.

Also sorry if this isn't very accurate I can't write and I forgot most of the last episode (I also watched Grians point of view too)

Grians POV







The sun slowly set. The sky was covered in pinks, purples, oranges, and yellows. I could swear I saw a rainbow as I or we lay on top of monopoly mountain. I couldn't help but feel so happy. Glancing over to the man who just sat next to me also, taking in the view of the beautiful sunset. Ironically, the sunset reminded me of Scar, his sunny personality. How kind and sweet he could be but he was so lovely as well. Always made me wonder why, why he stayed with me. It was my fault that he lost his first life. He could've denied my request or killed me when he turned red. I just couldn't help but smile. Knowing that he also chose to stay with me as I had with him.

He turned to gaze at me and held such a big grin it only made me smile more.

"The view is so pretty!!" He told me, staring back at the sky as he eyed me from the side.

I giggled a bit from his remark. "It is," I said, Looking back at the sky, and my smile softened. I never realized how tired I was until now. I let out a small yawn that Scar took notice of.

"Hey, you should go to bed." Scar told me. Facing my way. He looked rather beautiful in the sunlight. The light highlighted all his features that just made me fall more in love with him.

"No, I'm fine. I wanna hang out here a tad longer." I told him. Also shaking my head in the process. He just looked at me with loving eyes. If I didn't have any common sense I might've kissed him. I thought of the idea and quickly shook it away.

"Hey, Grian?"

"Yeah?"

"Why is your face so.. red?"

My eyes widened as I frantically covered my face. I was groaning internally not realizing that I was blushing. I heard scar laugh and that caused me to blush more, and curse his cute laugh.




Scars POV




I laughed softly at how embarrassed Grian got. It was adorable how cute he got. I wish I could just give him a small kiss for being so cute... Wait kiss!?!?!? I blushed furiously from the thought. Why would I think that???!!! We are only friends... For some reason that hurt something deep inside me. I wonder why. But we are just friends. Best friends by that. Nothing more nothing less.. right?

As I contemplated a lot of thoughts I felt pressure on my shoulder. At first, I was confused but when I looked to my side my heart melted. In a good way of course. There was Grian who had his head on my shoulder. He looked like he had fallen asleep. My suspicions were deemed correct as soft snores escaped his lips. I smiled softly at the sight. I scooped him into my lap and stoked his hair. I could see a small smile on his lips as he readjusted so his head was on my chest and one of his hands wrapped around my waist while the other was also on my chest. I felt so loved at that moment and I wished I could stay like this forever. I closed my eyes as well and lay on the cool sand. Although this might be the worst sleep I'll get, I just want to stay with Grian for as long as possible. And soon after that, I too had fallen asleep.

No One's POV

Grian, Bdubs, and Scar all stood among each other. Grian and Bdubs stood in front of each other as Scar held a paper. Called "No kill pass". Bdubs would give Grian smug looks that infuriated Grian more. Scar looked so unsure of this plan and internally hoped that Grian would catch the pass. But fate was not on Scar's side nor Grians. As Scar threw the pass in the middle the two ran towards it. Occasionally pushing the other opponent. But dread began to seep in as Grian saw the other man pick up the paper. Scar looked as shocked as Grian. But he made the rules and even if he wanted to change them he charged at Grian. The two fought for a while and so much betrayal you could see in Grians eyes. Grian tried his best to keep up with Scar but Bdubs charged at him as well. The three fought and eventually, Grian lost his second life. The man respawned in his bed. The fight felt like a dream and how he wished he could wake up from this nightmare and see Scar to the side of him and they could cuddle close. But no. He woke up in a small hole. With a few items that he could use. Grian picked up the items. Putting on the armor and closing the chest. He was very mad. He felt so betrayed and like he lost a part of himself. But that part that was gone was now renewed. Into rage.
