karan was startled and abruptly looks at her - monami.. tum.. yahan..
monami- haan woh main yhh kuch files dene aayi thi.. (she said showing the files to him.. he goes through the files and then kept them on the desk..)
monami asked out of curiosity- tum kya kar rahe the..
karan- kuch nhi bass hamari picture dekh raha tha.. (he said looking at picture with love and smile on his face.. and then he gets a little numb..) kitna kuch badal gaya hain na humare beech..
monami- nhi toh.. hum toh hamesha se hi aise the.. aur hamesha aise hi rahenge.. bilkul iss photo ki tarah.. ek dusre ka haath aur saath kabhi nhi chodenge.. (she said smiling at the photo.. and karan too smiled..)

karan- yhh toh hain.. tumhe pata hain tumhare saath bitaya hua har moment mere liya kitna special hain.. (monami nods with a smile..) jab hamari shaadi hui thi na toh i was the happiest man on this earth.. (he said and then kissed her forehead..)

karan- par kehte hain na.. pyaar ke saath judayi bhi aati hain.. aur hum alag ho gaye.. maine apni jhuthi maut ka natak kiya.. apne desh ke liya apne farz ke liya.. par uss wakt ne mujhe bahut kuch sikha diya.. tumse door rehkar mujhe ehsaas hua ki tum mere liya kya mayna rakhti ho.. pyaar se door jaana ka dard kya hota hain tab samjh aaya.. tumhe roz bikhra hua dekhta tha.. meri yaad main rota dekhta tha.. tab mann karta tha ki aake tumhe gale laga lu aur unn saare ansyoon ko paunch lu.. par kar nhi paya kyunki desh ke prati mere kartawya aur nishtha beech main aa gayi.. tabhi decide kar liya tha ki agar wapis aaya na toh tumhare saath har ek moment jiyunga tumhe special feel karwayunga.. kyunki life ka koi bharosa nhi hain.. kal kisi ne nhi dekha.. aur hamare paas jo hain woh hain aaj.. jisse hume apne pyaar se rangna hain..
