Ronon hasn't given me any time of day for the past week and a half, and it's starting to piss me off. I had planned on talking to him about it but he's off, even in this forest.

"What's wrong?" I question.

"I have a bad feeling."

"Eh, I always feel like that. Like something horrible's about to happen."

"How do you live?" Teyla responds to his worrying statement.

"I got used to it."

"McKay, that's called anxiety."

He ignores my interruption. "Thing is, when someone else also has that feeling, mine gets worse."

Sheppard enters the conversation, asking the Satedan. "Do you recognize this place?"

"I don't remember."

"I'm sure you went to a lot of planets as a runner."

He doesn't meet my eyes. "I didn't count."

John looks around the forest. "I don't know how you tell them apart."

We finally reach a small little village, where people are walking around doing their business.

"See, there you go. Nothing to worry about. Seems like a perfectly nice village to me, just like dozens of others we've visited.

"It appears to be the type of encampment my people trade with all the time. I see no evidence of threatening behavior or danger."

"I also see nothing we might be interested in trading for."

I roll my eyes and step forward, addressing a man carrying some firewood. "Hello!"

"Wraith bringer!" He yells and takes off crying his statement over and over.

"That can't be good."

"You don't have to be afraid." Teyla tries to calm the villagers, unsuccessfully, so she turns to us. "Where are they going?"

"We need to get out of here, now," Ronon tells us, with deep concern in his voice.

One of the villagers comes out of a tent with a crossbow, when McKay turns around to say something, but he ends up with an arrow in the ass.

"Aaah! That did not just happen!"

Sheppard grabs him to help him escape. "Warning fire only!"

We start shooting over their heads and running.

"What the hell did you do to these people?" McKay yells as we hide.

"Don't listen to him." That is all he answers.

"How can you not recognize the gate address?"

"Do you remember them all?!"

"Yes, as a matter of fact!"

Another arrow hits the tree almost hitting Sheppard in the head. And we notice how close they're getting.

"Get him to the gate! We got it!"

We're shooting back at the villagers, Ronon and I at one tree and Teyla behind another, when she gets a dart in the neck and immediately passes out.

Being distracted I get hit, and right before I lose consciousness, I hear Ronon call my name.

When I come too, it looks like I'm the last to wake up. Teyla and Sheppard are talking, and Ronon is facing away not moving.

"Hey."
