Randhir and bondita came back after enjoying a few rides. They then came towards seerat and anirudh and all four of them went to eat something. Bondita had gol gappe which reminded her of puchka. They were having a fun time when anirudh spotted a bangle shop. He asked bondita if she would like to buy some to which she denied at first but when all three of them insisted her she went to gets some for herself with anirudh.
Bondita was surprised. She never expected anirudh to ask her to buy bangles. Anirudh saw her lost while selecting so he asked, "Kya hua bondita pasand nhi aa rhi koi?"
"Huh... nhi nhi patibabu voh main soch rhi thi mere pass kon kon se rang ki chudiya hai."
"Sach bondita?"
"Voh patibabu.. ik baat puchu?" To which he nodded yes. "Mujhe laga tha ki aapko mera inn sab mei dhyan dena pasand nhi. Isiliye maine mana kiya tha lene se. Ab main apna sara samay padhai par dena chahti hu taki barrister babu ban saku."
Anirudh chuckled, "Oh meri bholi bondita main yeh zaroor chahata hu ki tum padhai par dhyan do par iska matlab yeh nhi ki apne pasand ke kaam karne bandh kar doh. Mere khene ka matlab yeh nhi ki sirf padhai par dhyan do, pura time bas padhai karo. Agar aisa karogi toh apni yeh zindagi kaise enjoy karogi? Tumhe joh kaam pasand hai voh karo, infact padhai aur usko balance karo taki kuch bhi afffect na ho. Samjhi?"
"Ji patibabu."
"Vaise bondita tumhe yaha lane ki ik aur wajha hai."
"Kya?"
"Voh ab tumhe toh pata hai na ki randhir mujhse gussa hai, toh mujhe tumahri madad chahiye usse manane mei. Toh karogi meri madad?"
"Aacha matlab yeh chudiya ik tarha se aap mujhe apni madad karne ke liye rishwat de rhe hai?" bondita said keeping her hands on her hips.
"Nhi nhi bondita, main barrister rishwat kyu dunga. Bas madad hi mang rha hu."
"Hmm theek hai kya karna hoga mujhe?"
Anirudh told her to bring randhir near ferris wheel and make him sit on it then rest he'll manage. Bondit nodded and went towards randhir and asked him to join her in ferris wheel, she made him sit on it and in the mean time anirudh came nd sat beside randhir. He quickly locked it and ferris wheel was moved for next people to sit.
"Arey yeh kya tum kaha se aae yaha bondita bithne wali thi na." randhir looked at bondita, who she held her ears and mouthed a sorry.
"Tumne bondita ko bola yeh sab karne mei. Huh, Arey veerji yeh jhula roko zara mujhe utarna hai."
"Yeh jhula tabhi rukega jab tum mujhe maaf kardoge."
"Aacha yeh kisne kaha?"
"Anirudh roy chawdhary ne"
"Tum na tulsipur mei hoge zamindaar yaha nhi"
"Randhir meri baat suno please, main janta hu main galat hu meri galti badi hai, mujhe tumpar bharosa karna chahiye tha par gusse mei aakar na jane kya kar baitha, tumhe kya kya bol baitha. Mujhe pata hai mera maffi mangna meri galti ko theek nhi karga par please sirf ik baar apne iss dost ko mauka de do. Vada karta hu aienda aisa kuch nhi karunga. Please, I am really sorry. Mujhe meri dosti nibhane ka ik mauka de do." Anirudh had tears in his eyes by now and so did randhir.
Randhir turned his face and asked to stop the ride. Both of them got down, seerat and bondita came to them.
"Maaf kar de mujhe randhir"
Randhir turned to him and hit his back. "Oww yeh kyu?"
"Itni aasani se mafi nhi milne wali, tu ruk abhi batata hu tujhe."
Anirudh ran from there while randhir followed him, bondita and seerat laughed seeing them. After running for some time both git tired and stopped.
"Sorry yaar."
"Chal kiya maaf tujhe, tera apni galti realize karke mafi mangna hi kafi mere liye."
Anirudh hugged randhir.
They came back to where seerat and bondita were, told them that now they are back being best friends. They enjoyed their remaining day and made way to home in the evening. Anirudh told them that they'll be returning tomorrow morning as bondita's school was about to start. After having dinner randhir and anirudh went to terrace.
"Toh ab kya socha hai tunhe?"
"Scoha toh hai kuch bondita ke future ke liye bas iss decision se shyad voh kush na ho par yeh zaroori hai uske liye."
"Samaj jaegi bondita, aaj nhi toh thodi badi hokar zaroor samajegi ki tu joh bhi karne ja rha hai apni aur uski bhalai ke liye hai."
"Aasha toh yhi hai."
They went to the hall and slept. Next morning they bid their bye to seerat and randhir and were set to return to tulsipur.
