Powers:
Rigging Summon: Can summon bits and pieces of his ship on his body to form a type of weapon system. In this mode he can stand on water and skate on water at extremely high speed.
Copycat: Unlike MJTM 2 Missouri, if he can think of a power such as One-for-All or flight he can use this power for an hour, any longer and the power will slowly fade away until it is gone, only exception is All-for-One, because I needed to nerf this somehow. Added side effect, when using a power he will gain the personality and morals of the original user. For example; he uses Explosion, that makes him more angry, irritable, and prone to cussing on the hourly basis, other example; he uses One-for-All, he's now more heroic, analytical, and prone to muttering.
