Felix walks into the cafe, he's wearing a white bomber jacket, his are tucked away into the pockets as he turns and looks right at me, his ears are red as strawberries and he might as well be Rudolf the reindeer for how red his nose is...
"Hey," he sigh sitting down in the seat across from me, "I didn't expect it to to be so cold today." I said starring him as I push the cup of hot chocolate with extra marshmallows towards him.
"Extra marshmallows? How—"
"You just seem like the type to order extra marshmallows." I cut him off, he looks down breaking eye contact, I guess he's hoping I didn't notice him blushing.
He's so fucking adorable...
"The tapes...from the elevator. I destroyed them." I said and he looks up at me. "It was Jeongin. He must've hired someone at work to try and leak the footage but she was caught and I fired her."
Felix frowns a bit before responding, "So no one saw them?"
"No, no one saw." I reassure him and he nods, "what about the two other employees the one that—" He pauses, I still see he's a bit shaken up about what happened.
"I fired them too, the guy wanted to press charges but he dropped once he realized that he was also in the wrong and started the... disagreement." I sighed as I take a sip of my coffee.
"I see. You said you had something to show me, what is it?" He asked, curiosity in his eyes. I smiled, "come on, I'll take you." I said as I stood up, I take his hand in mine pulling him up and we walk out of the cafe together.

We drive for a while, but Felix kept me company as he talked about his favorite stuff. "And I really wanna try baking a strawberry short cake but—Im sorry, Im talking to much." His face cringes, "Keep talking I was listening, And I think your strawberry shortcake will be perfect if you ever decide to make it." I look at him, I felt a smile forming on my lips.
When I look at him he makes my heart beat faster and feels as if it'll explode. This has to be the feeling everyone keeps talking about...love.
We drive for a bit longer until we parked into the parking lot of White Wing Psychiatric Hospital. "Felt looks at me confused.
"Why are we here?"
"There's someone I want you to meet." I look at him.
We get out the car and walk inside the hospital, We took the elevator to the third floor, and finally made it to Miss Lee's room.
We walk inside and there was Miss Lee pacing around anxiously as she fiddles with a cross necklace, she stops when she sees us and her eyes meet Felix's.
"Oh, Felix..." She gasp as tears well up in her eyes, Felix turns to look at me then back at Miss Lee.

Mrs. Lee hugs Felix tightly as a tear left his eye, "Mom?" He mumbled, he was in shock. Is she really here? He questioned himself over and over again as he brought his arms up, hugging her back.
"Yes, it's me Felix." Mrs.lee replied.
Felix sobbed into her shoulder, "Thank you." Mrs.Lee mouths to Hyunjin and he nods before taking a step out of the room giving Felix and Mrs. Lee time together.
Mrs. Lee ran into Felix's bedroom shutting the door and locking it as she her husband breaking objects and shouting.
"Mommy? What's going on?" Felix murmurs as he rubs his eyes. Mrs. Lee turned to Felix. "It's okay, baby j-just go back to sleep okay?" Mrs. Lee lays Felix down as she lays beside him, she pulled Felixs small body closer to her, "It's cold." Felix shuddered trying to move closer to his mother.
"I know just stay close to me—" Mrs Lee was cut off by a loud banging Felix's door. "Open this door bitch!" Do-jin barks as he bangs on the door.
Felix let out a whimper, "ssh, it's okay." Mrs. Lee coos covering his ears, her heart was pounding. She was terrified. This wasn't Her husbands first outbreak there have been plenty, she'll just wait this one out like all the others...
Morning came, the ruckus had stopped. Mrs. Lee woke to the sun on her face, she moves arm over wear Felix slept but he wasn't there anymore. "Felix?" She groans, she was then startled by screaming and shouting.
She immediately rushed out of the room.
She ran out the house the house and into the back yard where she saw her husband beating Felix with his belt, Felix was sobbing uncontrollably.
"No! Stop it, Stop it!" Mrs. Lee yells as she tried to pull Do-jin off of Felix, Do-jin was now focused on her as he towers over her, he slapped her and she fell to the ground.
"Mommy!" Felix screamed running towards her, Mrs. Lee groans, from the corner of her eyes she saw Do-jin rais his belt again and without hesitation she covered Felix causing the belt to make contact with her back instead.
Felix sobbed under her as Do-jin continued to hit her back until she bled. Oh how she hated that man...
She wanted to kill him but she didn't want Felix to be taken away from her, after a while of begging her sister to take in Felix she finally succeeded and dropped Felix off at her house just a week later with a promise.
"Felix I'll back for you. I promise. Don't cry okay? You have to brave now." Mrs. Lee wipes away Felixs tears.
"I love you." She hugged him, not knowing that'll be their last...
