Mark's POV
"Are you sure Amelia's okay with this party?" Gen asks me. She's feeding Ellie her bottle while I start getting Alexia dressed.
"I...I may not have asked if she was or not." I share.
"Mark!"
"Who wouldn't want a party for welcome back to surgery?" I argue.
"Your sister who is very sensitive to everything and may not be okay with a big party."
"I also thought it was a good way to show people the new house without actually needing to have a housewarming party." I argue.
"So what does she think she's coming here for?"
"Dinner."
"Mark!" Gen scolds me. Ellie cries because Gen slightly removes the bottle from her mouth. She feeds her again. "You told her she's coming to dinner, and yet we're inviting all of her friends!"
"I never said how many would be at dinner." I defend.
"Baba, this isn't right." Alexia tells me as I notice her dress is on backward.
"You are right, Cheri." I kiss her cheek and switch the dress around in the right direction.
