Pabalik-balik lang si Vida sa bahay ng Daddy niya simula nung mag-away sila ni Irene. Hindi niya kinakausap si Irene pagkatapos ng sagutan nila. Kahit anong pangungulit ni Irene, wala itong nakuhang sagot kay Vida.

Kyd's coming home today. Susunduin ni Irene at Vico si Kyd sa airport mamaya.

Vida is at her father's today. Mukhang may lakad sila para sa paghahanda sa kasal ni Greggy at Anne. Vida was very supportive to this upcoming nuptials.

"Mommy, let's go!" sigaw ni Vico sa habang papasok sa kwarto ng Mommy niya.

Nakabihis na ito at handang-handa nang umalis. He wasn't able to sleep yesterday night due to excitement on seeing his father again.

Natawa si Irene. "Daddy will arrive at the airport after an hour, babe. Mamaya pa natin siya susunduin,"

Vico harshly sighed. "So tagal!"

"Patience, honey..."

Nagpapalit ng pillowcase si Irene para sa pagdating ni Kyd mamaya. Binawasan niya ng dalawang unan ang higaan kahit na anim ito, dahil braso rin naman ni Kyd ang hihigaan niya. At para na rin hindi masikip ang kama dahil maraming unan ang nakapaligid.

"How about Ate Vida, Mommy? She won't come with us?"

"No... Ate Vida's with her Dad, bub. Let's try to call her later na lang hmm..."

Tumango lang si Vico at nanood ng cartoons bago sila umalis papuntang airport. Irene prepared Vico's necessities in his backpack; diapers, powder, extra clothes, wipes, snacks and toys. Her phone vibrated.

Agad na nagsuot ng sapatos si Irene at tinawag na si Vico para umalis na. Vico was jumping in excitement as they walked towards their car. Agad itong umupo sa car seat niya at nagsuot ng seatbelt. Her independent little boy.

"Daddy's there na?" masayang sabi ni Vico sa ina na nagmamaneho.

"Yes, bub. Are you very excited?"

"Yeah!" sigaw nito at sumayaw pa.

Natawa si Irene sa ginawa ng anak. Mabuti na lang at malapit lang ang airport at nakarating rin sila kaagad. They waited at the arrival area, for Kyd. Palinga-linga si Vico, nasasabik nang makita ang Daddy niya.

"Daddy!" sigaw ni Vico at tumakbo sa direksyon ni Kyd.

Kyd knelt down a little as he waited for his son to hug him. Sumunod rin sa pagtakbo si Irene. Vico hugged his father so tight, hinalikan ni Kyd ang ulo ng anak at mahigpit itong niyakap. He carried Vico as Irene rushed towards him.

She hugged him immediately. She pulled out from the hug and they shared a kiss.

"I missed you, lover..." she talked like a baby. Nakahawak pa rin ang kamay ni Kyd sa bewang niya.

Kyd chuckled a little. "I missed you more, babe.."

"Vico missed you too, Daddy!" pagsingit ni Vico na ikinatawa nila.

Ginulo ni Kyd ang buhok ng anak. "Daddy missed you too, little boy! Were you good to Mom?"

Tumango ng paulit-ulit si Vico. "Yeah, Daddy! I'm mabait to Mom! And Ate Vida too,"

Tiningnan ni Kyd si Irene at napangiti. He's pleased that Vico is close with his older sister.

"Wow! You're so happy na? You got to meet Ate Vida na 'e."

"Of course, Dad!"

Nagyaya si Kyd na gumala muna bago umuwi, even though Irene said that uuwi muna sila para makapagpahinga. But Kyd still insisted. They drove to MOA to eat and also roam around. Siguradong marami na naman silang gamit na dadalhin pauwi.
