Chapter 23: Bricks POV

We got a late start but we made up the ground quickly. I made sure to stay by Blossom the whole time because she looked as if any moment she would explode into a mad fit of tears. As much as I hate Dexter and don't want him around us, I was putting my heart into staying composed and comforting her. Nobody was talking that much which made traveling a little awkward. Bell and Bunny flew together ahead of everyone, and Butch was a ways behind on lookout. We took a small water break, but besides that, our day consisted of travel. It even started to rain but that did not slow us down one bit. I had a gut feeling that every one of us were terrified we would find our siblings dead by the time we got to Mojo's hideout. Finally after what seemed like 5 or 6 hours, Bunny told us all to stop and get behind a large thicket. "Okay, Mojo's place is only about another half mile. We should not fly, or walk out in the open. Think stealth. When we are within possible sight we can come up with a plan. Let's move!" We all nodded and followed Bunny.
