So The Journey Begins

Dear Journal:

  I am now five years of age. The leaves have just begun to fall, and soon I will be six.

 

  My hair was quite a shock to the elves around Rivendell. Some have said not so nice things. Others have accepted it and find it quite - different.

 

  Elrohir and Elladan kept their promise and for my 4th birthday I got my on bow. And I am actually good at it.

 

  I also want to start fencing, but Ada says I'm still to small to pick one up. And also he wanted me to learn one weapon at a time.

 

  Ada has me working on my healing skills more, and Ada is impressed with how fast I learn. If only he will let me start my studies. But, that too is something I am still to young for.

 

  Again, I am up before the sun. I haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately. I have been having nightmares.
