Greetings!
I am writing to request your permission to conduct a feeding activity of Grade 7 for severely wasted on May 15, 2023 in completion for our Community Engagement Solidarity and Citizenship subject. Our group from Grade 12, Section Villalon of Siaton National High School is committed to make a positive impact in our community, thus we believe that providing meal for those in need is an important way to do so.
In connection with this, I would like to request your permission to conduct this feeding activity on May 15, 2023 from 9:00- 10:00 in the morning. In addition, since this is an initiative of us students, our resources is limited and thus we cannot hold all Grade 7 severly wasted students to feed in this event; thus we just limit two (2) students per section. We are happy to work with you and other faculty members to ensure that this program is successful and orderly.
