They all went to their desks. Everybody was super focused. Everybody had left except Zachary, Fatima, Karen, & Michael.

"Y'all please get some rest. Go home. We can always resume tomorrow." Olivia said

Everybody shook their head. Karen and Michael walked out while Zachary and Fatima stayed inside a little longer.

*Outside with Michael and Karen*

"where you going?" Michael questioned

"to my hotel" Karen answered

"Let me walk you to your car"

"I'm fine."

"It's dangerous around here"

"Fine"

*back inside the station*

Fatima dozed off at the desk.

"Hey!" Zachary raised his voice

Fatima shook and opened her eyes and eyed the room.

"Let's get out of here. It's getting late" Zachary said

"Go ahead. I'll leave soon."

"There's no way in hell that I'm leaving you to walk out by yourself"

"I'm a detective. I got it."

Zachary came and leaned right over the edge of her desk and stared at her.

"Fine." She said putting her laptop and files in her purse

They walk out and started walking Fatima out to her car.

"Thank you" he says

"For what?"

"The hug. I needed it. Helped me get through through the day"

"You're welcome & here" she said handing him a piece of paper

"What's this?" He says opening up the paper

"My number. Just in case you need me for the case or you need somebody to talk to."

"Thank you. I appreciate you." He said walking her up to her car

He made sure that she got into her car and he got into his. They didn't realize it, but neither one of them pulled off.

Something was holding the both of them there. Zachary turned around and realized that she was still there. He walked to her car and knocked on the window and she rolled it down.

"Why you not gone yet?"

"I should be asking you the same thing"

"Go home Fatima. You need to rest, it's been a long day."

"You need to leave too. Text me when you get home."

They both left.

*The next morning"

"Good Morning Detectives. Hope you all slept well. Looks like we have a long day ahead of us." Elliot says

Denzel looked across the room. "Missing detective Wilson today. Has anybody heard from her today?"

"Only person that has her number is Brandee I believe and she's in unit 2 right now." Michael said

"I have her number. I'll call her." Zachary said

Zac stepped out and called her.

"Hey. They are looking for you. Where are you?"

"I'm right here" she says turning the corner

The phone disconnected and they both walked in the room together.

"Now that we're all here. We got footage to analyze and details to sort." Denzel said

Everybody got to work. They worked separately.

Karen and Michael didn't get much work done because they were joking and  eying each other the entire time.

"Fatima. Come here for a second." Denzel said

Fatima walked over to Denzel.

"You okay today?" Denzel asked

"Yes, I'm totally fine." Fatima said

"Don't lie to me now. If you need a break you can take one."

"I'm good"

She walked back to her desk and got back to work.

*30 minutes later*

"I think I got something. The numbers from the places that these bodies were dropped at are all reciprocals of each other. The next body will be at the location that deal with the exact same numbers. It wasn't about the street. It was about the numbers. It means something to the Killer. The baby is number 3 and she symbolizes the first step, which is one of the 4 numbers. 1457. Now, there is an address close to us that's matches these numbers." Fatima said

"Well damn. She's good" Elliot said

All the detectives headed out.

They entered the apartment and everybody yelled "clear" after checking each and every room.

They started going through magazines and all papers that were in the room

"Check this out!" Taraji said

There was a paper that said "5741"

"We got our numbers." Karen said

Two gunshots went off in the house and everyone pulled their weapons.

They seen someone run and they all headed out of the front door.

"TRIP WIRE!" Fatima yelled

They all ran and the entire house exploded and caught on fire and all of them were on the ground.
