As Y/N drove along the empty highway, his mind was flooded with thoughts of his failed relationship. He couldn't believe that his girlfriend had cheated on him after two years of being together. He couldn't help but wonder where things went wrong and why she felt the need to be unfaithful.

The darkness of the night enveloped him, and the only sound he could hear was the soft hum of his car's engine. He wasn't sure where he was headed, but he knew he needed to get away from everything, at least for a little while.

Just then, his phone rang, interrupting his thoughts. He glanced at the screen and saw that it was Stevie calling. He hesitated for a moment before answering, unsure if he was ready to talk to anyone just yet.

"Hey, Stevie," he said, trying to sound casual.

"Y/N, where are you?" her voice was filled with concern.

"Just driving around, trying to clear my head," he replied.

"I heard about what happened with your girlfriend. I'm so sorry," she said.

Y/N felt a lump form in his throat as he thought about his ex-girlfriend's betrayal. "Thanks, Stevie. I just needed to get away for a while."

There was a moment of silence before Stevie spoke again. "Do you mind if I come with you? I could use a drive too."

Y/N's heart skipped a beat at the thought of spending time alone with Stevie. They had been best friends for years, but he had always felt something more for her. He couldn't deny that he was attracted to her, but he never thought she felt the same way.

"Sure, I could use the company," he said, trying to sound casual.

He hung up the phone and turned up the radio, trying to distract himself from his jumbled thoughts. "Lucid Dreams" by Juice WRLD came on, and he couldn't help but feel like the lyrics spoke to him.

Stevie arrived a few minutes later, and Y/N couldn't help but feel his heart race as she climbed into the passenger seat. He noticed that she was wearing a long flowing skirt and a loose-fitting top, and he couldn't help but feel drawn to her.

"Thanks for coming, Stevie," he said, trying to hide his nerves.

"Of course, Y/N. I'm always here for you," she said, smiling at him.

As they drove along the highway, they talked about everything and nothing. They reminisced about their childhood and shared their dreams for the future. Y/N couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort around Stevie, like he could be himself without any judgment.

As Lucid Dreams continued to play, Y/N found himself stealing glances at Stevie. He couldn't help but admire how beautiful she looked in the moonlight. He noticed the way her hair flowed in the wind and the way her eyes sparkled in the darkness.

"Y/N, can I be honest with you?" Stevie asked, interrupting his thoughts.

"Of course, Stevie. You can always be honest with me," he replied.

"I know we've been friends for a long time, but I've always felt something more for you," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Y/N felt his heart race as he heard her words. He couldn't believe that the woman he had been crushing on for years felt the same way about him.

"I've felt the same way, Stevie," he said, his voice shaking with emotion.

They both fell silent for a moment, the only sound being the soft hum of the car's engine and the music playing on the radio.

Without a word, Y/N pulled the car over to the side of the road and turned to face Stevie. She looked at him with a mixture of uncertainty and longing, and he knew that he had to take a chance.

He leaned in and kissed her softly, his hand cupping her cheek. Stevie responded eagerly, her arms wrapping around his neck as she deepened the kiss.

As they pulled away, Y/N couldn't help but feel like everything was falling into place. He had found love in the most unexpected place, and he knew that he was ready to take a chance on it.

"Let's get out of here," he said, smiling at Stevie.

She nodded, her hand reaching for his as they got back into the car and drove off into the night.

As they drove, "Hold On, We're Going Home" by Drake and Majid Jordan resonates from the speakers and sets the atmosphere perfectly. As the night turned into day, they drove back to the city, holding hands and feeling like nothing else in the world mattered. They had found love in each other, and nothing could ever change that.

From that day on, Y/N and Stevie were inseparable, their love growing stronger with each passing day. They knew that they had found something special, something that would last a lifetime. And as they looked back on that night, driving along the empty highway, they knew that it was the start of something beautiful.
