When I woke up, I was on top of Kai's chest. My head slightly throbbed in pain still, and my mind began to wonder.
Kai actually hurt me? He said he'd work on being better, but got worse. I don't know what to do, I just don't want to be here right now.
I got up out of the bed as quietly as I could. I genuinely didn't know whether I should leave or not, cause I didn't want to cause more problems.
I was genuinely scared earlier, I have to go. I shouldn't be feeling that way.
I grabbed my phone off the dresser and got my stuff, before sliding on my shoes and my hoodie and walking upstairs.
My house isn't that far away, I'll just walk. But I'm kinda scared it's really late and dark outside. No but I have to go.
Once I got up the staircase I saw Duke sitting on the couch on his phone. "Yo wassup?" He said as he looked up from his phone. "Hey." I quietly said.
"You good?" He asked his, furrowing his eyebrows, making me nod.
Maybe Duke could drive me real quick?
He squinted at me with disbelief. "Duke... can you take me home please?"I asked him with my head down cause I was anxious, making him tilt his head at me.
