You're Our Pride And Joy !

LANA'S POV :

" She is so beautiful ! " I heard someone whisper

I slowly blinked my eyes open to find my mom and dad beaming at the sight of me 

" Mom ? " " Dad ? "

" Yes sweetie it's us ! " whispered mom

I immediately hugged her , her arms gently wrapped around me , I felt another pair of arms wrap around us , I looked up to see it's my dad .

After a long time , we let go of the hug , they both were looking at me with so much pride and sadness in their eyes .

" You know you never left my arms  " said mom " you are so much more than i had expected , and I thought you are going to be amazing "

" I'm none of that people died because of me - "

" No ! They're deaths was not your fault ! you tried your very best to protect them and you still are ! never think that ! " said dad gently but firmly

" How are you here ? " I asked

" Because I called them here ! " said another voice , it was the same lady i met in the forbidden forest , along with a tall man 

" I don't beleive we've met dear, I'm Thanatos " said the tall man , my mouth was left hanging  open.

" We don't have much time , so we have to tell you something! " said Mom , cradling my face in her palms

" You never let any of your bad experience poison you , you always treated everyone with kindness even when they didn't deserve it , and our love just kept growing , we couldn't have asked for a better daughter " said Mom with pride in her eyes.

" Your courage never failed to amaze us , you're our Pride and Joy Lana ! never forget that " said dad and kissed my forehead.

" Sirius and Remus are very proud of you ! they wanted to be here " said dad 

I let my tears fall freely 

" I don't want this to end , I can't loose you agin ! " I said

" You wouldn't loose them " said Thanatos " souls always remain in the eternal realm or as you mortals call it heaven , they aren't going anywhere " he said gently

I looked at my parents and they smiled

" We'll always be there with you Lana and when you're done with your quest and lived a long , happy life , we'll be right here waiting for you , we won't go anywhere " said mom , cupping my cheeks

I nodded and hugged them both tightly and they hugged back 

" Stay safe sweetie , we love you ! " said mom and dad and kissed my forehead

" I love you both too ! " I said

I gave a grateful smile to Thanatos and a hug to the lady " thank you so much ! you don't know how much this helped me ! " I said , they both smiled at me 

I looked at my parents one more time , who gave me encouraging smiles and just like that i woke up.

" Thank you mom , thank you dad "
