Pranking The Marauders

LANA'S POV :

After apparating away from the Malfoy manor , Dumbledore and I headed to a small patch of land were I took out the basilisk's fang , and stabbed the diary , just like with the diadem a loud screeching noise could be heard , 2 down 3 to go !

Professor Dumbledore and I decided to meet after the School reopens to discuss what to do about the other 3.

Over the summer , I wrote to Xenophilius who was currently in Germany with his family, he wrote to me about the various unique creatures he had seen over his trip , including a  crumple horned snorcack !

We'll be meeting on the hogwarts express on september 1st

Soon the summers were over and second year started 

I spotted dad trying to flirt with mom , I think this was the year he devoloped a crush for her , he tried asking her out many times , including declaring his love for her in front of the whole school ! I still remember it , it was a day after school officially reopened :

Flashback 

" I James Fleamont Potter declare my underlying love for one and only Lily Evans ! Lily Flower , would you come on a date with me to hogsmead ? " he asked

Mom Looked stunned before turning red in anger 

Uncle Moony , Uncle Padfoot and Pettigrew started singing a song which was written by my dad , how do I know that well ! :

Lucious Red hair 

Gorgeous Green eyes

Her smile that could lit up a thousand stars 

Oh Lily Flower ! 

I hope you become mine!

Mom furiously turned towards dad and smashed a pie on his face , " No Potter I will not  ! " she said and stormed out of the hall with her friends running after her.

Dad smiled and said " she's fiesty I like it ! " 

Flashback Ends 

This is one of the most fondest memories I have of them 

I hope dad never loose his spark

One when I was sitting beside the black lake , I heard someone call out my name " Kendrick ! "

I turned around to find Regulus , Barty and Evan marching towards me , all of them were lookinf furious !

They stopped right in front of me , " Uh hello ? "

" We need your help ! " said Evan 

" For what ? " I asked

" In pranking the marauders  " said Barty " We also know you were the one who pranked Malfoy after he bullied the mu - muggle born first year " he continued 

Upon seeing my stunned expression , Regulus said " I heard you telling one of the elves in the kitchen's to add the animal transformation potion in Malfoy's drink , he made a fabulous peacock by the way ! " he said with a smirk 

" Alright but that's not the only reason you guys are here for my help are you ? " I asked 

Evan sighed and said " you're the only hufflepuff who doesn't worship the very ground the marauders walk on  , you don't encourage their pranks against the slytherins !, plus you are not biased like the other puffs ! " 

I looked at them and smiled " I think it's time to raise some hell boys " I said 

The three of them smiled back

" Are you sure this will work Kendrick ? " asked Regulus 

" Black ! for the 119th time ! yes it will work , now if you ask me the same question again i'll hex you to oblivion! " I said raising my wand 

He raised up his hands in surrender , " just wanted things to go smoothly " he whispered , earning snorts from Barty and Evan.

I raised an eyebrow 

" Ok boys , the potion is ready let's run to the kitchens and add it into their drinks " I said and the four of us ran to the kitchens.

I was excitedly looking over the Gryffindor table , and so were the McDuck's ( my new nickname for the boys ) , the marauders took a sip of their drink, and I began the counting :

" 1 , 2 , 3 and BOOM ! " 

When the smoke dispersed , we could see that the marauders transformed into their 5 year old selves , I can't believe it the potion actually worked !

" WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL ! " came the squeaky voice of my dad 

I must say the marauders were extremely cute , with their chubby cheeks and doe eyes 

Everyone started laughing , even the teachers 

I quickly took out my camera and clicked a picture of them , and gave the McDuck's a thumbs up , they smiled widely at me.

That day I earned three new friends Regulus , Barty and Evan aka the McDuck's.

Another fond memory added !
