Olivia's Pov

Well, silence won't get me out of this situation and this girl had it out for me since I stepped foot in this house. Why she's a bitch towards me is a mystery, but I can still lie, as lying is the only option I currently have.

"What makes you think the phone belongs to me when I was just the one picking it up off the floor and at the exact time you entered the room? How convenient, were you setting me up?" I asked elevating my tone and squinting my eyes as to act convincing in the hopes of her believing me.

She rips the phone from my grasp and grabbed me by the arm pulling me out of the room. Mr. Buff was nowhere in sight and the house was very quiet. I also don't see any maids walking around like before.

"Hey! Where are you taking me?" I ask as she's pulling me with force to follow her down a corridor. She didn't even bother answering me.

I could take her down and beat her up so good until she apologizes, but I don't want any of them to hurt Domenico in retaliation. So, I just stumble behind her acting like the innocent woman I am.

We reached an office door; she then started to knock while glaring at me. A familiar voice shouted for us to enter, and she opened the door then pushed me into the office almost making me trip over my feet.

The office is big and fancy with Santiago sitting behind a chestnut-colored desk, dressed in an off-white cotton shirt in all his glory. On the righthand side there's a floor to ceiling bookcase and one big, large L-shape dark brown leather couch on the left.

My eyes roam over his features as he sat there with a childish grin displayed on his face. Why? Only he and his sick mind would know. He's a very attractive older man regardless of his funky teeth. I guess his looks make up for them somehow.

The thing that I could not pinpoint before, that I can clearly see now is his eyes. It is said that the eyes are the window to one's soul and this man's eyes are a true reflection of that saying. If you stare too long, it might drown you. Pure evil.

I can feel the chills running down my spine as he's staring at me holding eye contact. To tell the truth, I'm not scared of him, but I'm scared of what he's capable of.

"Boss, this one had a cellphone on her. I caught her with it in one of the maid's quarters" she informs him with a smug look on her face.

"Mhmm... is that so?" Santiago says as his eyes continue to roam over my body while sucking in his bottom lip and squinting his evil eyes.

He lifts his eyebrows awaiting a response from me as he leans back in his chair twiddling his pen between his fingers.

"I used the bathroom in the maid's quarters as I one of the guards said I could go in there while he waits for me outside the door. When I came out, I found the phone on the floor and picked it up at the exact time she entered the through door" i say giving him the most innocent look I could muster up.

"Where's the phone?" he asks Gail while holding his hand out to her. She then proceeds to place it in his palm, then takes his time scrolling through the phone.

After a few seconds "Where did you say you found it?" He asks again looking at me questioningly while tapping on the phone.

"On the floor as I was about the exit the room" I say looking him dead in the eye. Might as well win the oscar for lying to a killer while I'm at it.

"And besides, I came here in my sleepwear, so I had no phone on me to begin with otherwise your guards would have seen it the moment they took us."

He leans back in his chair looking at me "You" he points to the maid "out!"
