It's been a two whole months since Allies first day of third grade and first time living in Hawkins

And well surprise surprise just like how me and Billy planned were pregnant which was kind of a shocker because we didn't think I'd be able to get pregnant again because between the time we had Allie and now I've had three miscarriages which I could still have one but none of the other pregnancies lasted over a month and this one has so I hope that's a good sign

Me and Billy never told anybody about the miscarriages not even my mom like she never knew we were pregnant or had miscarriages and so far the only time she ever knows of me being pregnant is when I was with Allie

We've been waiting for my moms birthday to tell anyone because Will and Jonathan will both be there and we wanted to tell everyone at once

My moms birthday present was a newborn onesie that says hey grandma and my pregnancy test

"(Y/n), can we please at least tell Allie I mean it's killing me keeping this secret." I shook my head at Billy and finished brushing my teeth

"Billy, you know she can't keep a secret and now I'm seeing that she gets that from you. My moms birthday isn't for another two weeks if we tell Allie we'll have to keep her away from everybody for two weeks because she'll tell teachers and kids that don't keep secrets either and eventually she'll want to go visit her grandparents because she can't go two days without seeing them and when you give into to her begging she'll go over there and spill the beans because she can't keep her mouth shut. And that's the same reason why I almost waited to tell you at the same time as everyone else." Billy crossed his arms and scoffed trying to act innocent

"I have to tell someone." Billy clung onto my shoulder and I gently pulled him off of me

"You can tell me." Billy got an attitude and shook his head "You can tell your daughters "father in law""

"No! And I know you're only doing that to tease me." A while ago at a parent teacher conference Billy couldn't help himself and ended up asking Allies teacher what Tyler's last name was and the look on his face when the teacher said Harrington was priceless and I was really upset because Steve never told me that he had a kid I had no idea at all

"I'm just teasing. Billy you'll be fine as long as you don't tell anyone." Billy gave me a smile and a kiss before we went to bed

Billy's been so excited because it's my moms birthday and he has been struggling keeping the secret from people

Allie was so excited to see her uncles because she hadn't seen them in so long and she really missed them

When we got there Billy was a mess he was trying not to talk much and I felt like he was over reacting but who knows if he was or not

Allie still had no idea that she was gonna be a big sister because is she knew she'd blurt it out to everybody

It's was really nice seeing my brothers because I never see them and especially my two nephews which are Jonathan and Nancy's kids. Will hasn't had kids yet

I feel like everyone got suspicious when they got out alcohol and I turned down alcohol because I've never done that before

When it finally came time to have my mom open the gifts we got her I decided to go last and Billy shook his head at me when I said we'll go last

It came time for me to give her the gift and I was freaking out because I didn't know how she or anyone else would react

"Happy birthday mom." I gave her a hug and the present and she looked confused when she opened it

She looked at the onesie and the test and it took her a minute but she finally understood what was going on

"Wait, are you pregnant?" She mouthed it to me and I laughed while nodding my head

She gave me a hug and because she mouthed her question everyone else was confused

"What's going on?" Me and my mom couldn't stop hugging so Billy told them

"(Y/n)'s pregnant." Jonathan and Wills mouths immediately went into an 'O' shape

"Wow, you two haven't been pregnant in so long." It's been one year since my last failed pregnancy and I immediately went tense after Jonathan said that. Thank god me and mom had already stopped hugging at that point

It was a very sensitive topic to me and nothing makes my blood boil more than when people joke about it or make fun because it's not a funny topic

I don't know why I got so tense after he said that because all he said was we haven't been pregnant in a long time and to his knowledge the only time I've been pregnant was when I was with Allie but it kinda hurt remembering about the babies me and Billy lost

I was really in no rush to tell anyone about my pregnancy because I was scared this one was gonna be a miscarriage too but hopefully it isn't because I don't like being vulnerable and when we lost those babies I've never been as vulnerable as then

Me, Billy, and Allie just got home from the hospital where a couple days ago I gave birth to our daughter Paige

I was so thrilled that I didn't end up coming home from the hospital with the news that I lost a baby but I came home with our baby

She had the cutest button nose, longest lashes I've ever seen on a newborn, hazel eyes, and lots of little hairs on her tiny head, she makes the cutest grunts, and she's just the cutest little thing

We were afraid that Allie was gonna be jealous but she was actually really happy to have a little sister

"Mommy?" I hummed and I actually felt bad because usually when Allie's playing one of us get in the floor with her so she's not alone but right now she's in the floor playing alone and it makes me sad "Can I hold the baby?"

"You sure can." I handed Paige to Billy and had Allie sit in the spot I was sitting in. I put a pillow in her lap then I took Paige from Billy and gently placed her on the pillow

Allie gave Paige a little kiss on the forehead and me and Billy started to smile happily at the two little best friends we made
