Sibling pt3

Description- Mia gets the little sibling she asked for

Me, Billy, and Mia are sat in a doctor office waiting room because today we find out the gender of the baby. We have told the doctors that we want to find out with Mia so we had to wait until she didn't have preschool so we could bring her, I'm now 34 weeks pregnant

Mia is sat in Billy's lap facing towards him while playing with his hair and I'm sitting in the chair next to them

"You have very pretty hair, daddy." I smiled at her and I didn't even have to look at Billy to tell he loved that compliment

"Thanks, sweet pea, you have pretty hair too." A nurse called my name so we went back into a room and the nurse had me pee in a cup before they started

After a few minutes they had me lay down on the table and lift my shirt up enough to reveal my stomach

"You've gotten fat, mommy." I laughed at her and so did Billy

"That's because of the baby sibling you asked for." The nurse put the cold gel on my stomach then she moved the gel around with the probe and a few seconds later you could see the baby on the screen

Billy picked Mia up and held her on his hip to help her get a better look at the screen. She looked at the screen with so much confusion on her face

"Is that her?" Billy nodded her head and a big smile came on Mia's face

"You're right, Her" The nurse pointed to a part on the screen to show that it was indeed a girl

"So it's a girl?" The nurse nodded her head and me and Billy were happy and Mia was over joyed

The nurse talked to us for a little bit about some random things like how the baby is healthy and other stuff then she cleaned the gel off my stomach and we left

"Mommy, I have a question?" Me and Billy looked at each other worried because we both knew this would happen we just haven't thought about what we would say

"Yeah, what is it?" I turned a little and she sighed while resting her hands in her lap

"How did the baby get in your stomach?" I thought for a moment and then the answer just came to me

"Well, when a Mommy and a Daddy love each other and they decided they are ready to have a baby they just love each other and then there's a baby in the mommy." She nodded her head then I turned around but she had another question

"What is she doing in there?" I thought for a little bit but it didn't take me as long to answer the last question cause I didn't have to lie I just had to word it a certain way

"Well, she's growing in there, she's sleeping, she's kicking, she's doing so much in there." She nodded her head "Got anymore questions?

"Yeah, is she lonely in there? Is she sad? Can she hear us speaking?" I chuckled at her curiosity for a second before looking over at Billy

"How about we let daddy answer those questions?" Billy looked at me and shook his head while smiling

"She's not lonely in there cause she's constantly with mommy, and she's not sad cause at the doctors you could obviously see a smile on her face, and she can hear us very well." She nodded then looked at the window so we came to the conclusion she was done with the questions. Until a few minutes later

"How's she going to get out?" My eyes widened and It took me a minute to come up with a lie

"When she's too big to fit inside me she'll let me know and we'll go to the hospital and they'll take her out?" She looked a little confused but soon forgot about it
