Chapter- 34 Ignoring

Authors POV

"Finally, I can sleep peacefully", Avi commented while sipping on his drink.

"Why? You got some sleeping pills?" Ajay chuckled, and Avi rolled his eyes.

"No, from now on my problems are not mine anymore...", Avi remarked.

"But Arnav's", Ajay laughed.

"Don't say my butterfly is a problem", Arnav scoffed as he sipped his drink.

"Jokes apart. I am really happy, Arnav. I worry about her a lot... she is childish and innocent for this world so I used to think how she will live but she found someone who can love her the way she deserves and trust me she can change your life. You don't have any dark days with her... she can make you smile within a second with her clumsiness even when you are angry," Avi explained.

"She already changed my life, Avi," Arnav commented fondly.

"I think she is too innocent for your family, but I still believe you that you will protect her", Avi said, but he was warning him.

"Yes, I will", Arnav assured him.

"What about you and Payal?" Ajay enquired.

"I don't know, man. She has not talked with me for a few days and is avoiding me... I don't know what to do", Avi mumbled restlessly.

"Confess your feelings then", it's Naina who remarked and Avi's head spun up looking for her.

"It's from Radio... I just connected to her show", Arnav commented and Avi nodded.

"Yeah, without confessing your feelings, how will she know and how can you expect her\him to act like your girlfriend\boyfriend without confessing? I think it's not too late to share your feelings to your loved ones... go on and confess and call me to tell the results", she completed and played a song.

"This is how your sister was there for me at every moment of my life. Whenever I am confused, she suggests something that can change my mood and my situation", Arnav said and Avi looked at him.

"I think this time... it's for you", Arnav shrugged. "Go on and confess to Payal. I know you love each other so, why not?" Arnav explained and Avi's phone beeped, indicating he had received a message.

"It's Payal. She asked me to meet her, now", Avi told them as he checked his phone.

"Go then. All the best," Arnav and Ajay wished, patting his back and Avi went out after nodding at them.

"I will go too", Ajay commented as he stood up.

"Ok. I have to go to pick up Naina", Arnav replied and stood up from the chair.

They both exited the club and Arnav went to Naina while Ajay went to Pooja.

"What's up, Payal?", he asked as they met outside her house.

"Let's sit there and talk", she replied, pointing at the bench which is not far away.

"I have something to tell you", she commented after sitting on the bench.

"Me too", he replied as he sat beside her.

"I know we have known each other for years and have been crushing all over", she started.

"And we do all the things just like lovers", he continued.

"But never confessed", she remarked.

"I think it's time for us to commit to our relationship", he said.
