On a beautiful, sunny day, the guests began to gather at a lavishly decorated ballroom for a grand wedding. Kaz Brekker, Jesper's dearest friend and the best man, was impeccably dressed in a tailored suit, fidgeting with his cufflinks as he took his place near the altar. His eyes fixed on the entrance, where Wylan would soon make his appearance.
