"Kookie, stop!"

Jungkook heard the yelling but he didn't stop. He couldn't. The burning rage that he's currently feeling clouded his mind to an extent that it didn't occur to him to even stop to think about the consequences of his actions.

Hoseok cursed again as he followed Jungkook towards a studio, where Sana is curreny having a photoshoot. He had tried several times to stop the younger, but the work that Jungkook put in at the gym had made him so strong that Hoseok was no match for him.

As soon as Jimin's call ended, Jungkook stormed out of his apartment. The few seconds delay for the elevator to arrive was the only reason that Hoseok managed to catch-up with him even. He first tried to physically stop Jungkook from getting into the elevator and then to his car but the latter managed to get out of the manager's hold pretty easily. Hoseok had no choice but to get on to the passenger side.

Jungkook called Sana's number but her manager answered and said that she's having a photoshoot. He must have been startled that he gave the address without questioning when Jungkook asked for it.

The car ride was silent. Hoseok could actually feel the waves of anger emitting from Jungkook and for the first time, he was scared by Jungkook. The idol looked as if a vengeful spirit had taken over his body.

When they reached the studio, Hoseok tried one last time to stop the disaster that was bound to happen. "Kookie, please. Don't act rashly. We need to-"

"You don't need to do anything." Jungkook hissed. "I will do what needs to be done. I will fucking kill her today."

That was all Jungkook said, as he got out of the car and slammed the door. Hoseok quickly got out too and followed the idol.

Maybe it was the way Jungkook stormed into the studio or maybe it was the clear murderous look in face, but the moment Sana saw him, her face paled. The staff there looked at each other with confused eyes as Jungkook stared down at the girl.

Having noticed the tension between the two stars, the camera director called for a 10 minute break. Everyone left except the two managers and Sana's stylist.

"Where is he?" Jungkook snarled in anger. "What the fuck did you do to him?!"

Sana took a few steps back in fear, when Jungkook walked closer. "I-I d-don't know w-what you're talking-"

"DON'T YOU DARE LIE TO ME!!" Jungkook roared. "I know that you're the one behind all of this. You and that uncle of yours!"

If Sana looked scared earlier, she was absolutely terrified now. Her hands were shaking while beads of sweat started to appear over her forehead.

Jungkook scoffed, before taking another step closer to the girl. "He better not be hurt or I swear to God! You won't know what hit you. Mark my words, Sana. I will fucking kill you if anything happened to him! I will-"

"Hey, that's enough." Hoseok tried to calm Jungkook, as he pulled the idol away from the shaking girl.

Jungkook put up a resistance for a second but then he let the manager pull him away. Sana's manager had eyes widened like saucers while the stylist had a hand over her heart. Neither tried to help Sana, maybe they were too shocked or maybe Jungkook's demeanor was too scary for them to do so.

Hoseok continued to pull Jungkook towards the door and just as they reached, Jungkook shrugged his body out of Hoseok's hold. He then turned around to look at the girl again.

"You and your uncle messed with the wrong guy, Sana. I will destroy you, even if it's the last thing I'll do in this life."

The words and the voice made a deadly chill spread through the entire room. Not a single person in that room doubted that Jungkook would not make good on that promise.

Namjoon whistled a soft tune as he drove his off-road jeep through the rocky path. His destination is so cut-off from the society that you could call it even an island. The occupants there were fully self-sustaining and had very little need to connect with the outside world. The only path in and out of the village was not meant for vehicles so Namjoon had to stop his jeep halfway and walk the rest.

Namjoon first came across this village as a part of a medical assistance team when he was studying in University. The village was caught in heavy rainfall and flooding. The military had dispatched units to this village and few others and Namjoon was one of the volunteers in the medical unit. He formed a special place for the village in his heart so every month or so, on a specific date, he visits the village. He checks the general health of the people there, especially elders, and sometimes takes them back to the city if there are major concerns.

He brings toys and snacks to the children, sometimes books and coloring materials too. He's pretty much the only outsider welcomed in the village. Well, the villagers didn't have much choice. Namjoon's intelligence, kind heart and dimple smile were more than enough to warm any hard heart.

When Namjoon reached the place where he had to stop his jeep, few men from the village were already waiting for him. That's one of the main reasons that Namjoon has a prearranged date because the stuff that he brings is normally too heavy to be carried by one person.

"Joonie hyung!"

"Hey, Jungwonie, how's it going?"

"I'm good, hyung. Did you bring the book I asked last time?"

"Sure did." Namjoon rummaged through the bag near the tailgate and pulled out a thick book. "Catch!"

"Woah!" Namjoon felt his heart soar at the amazement in that voice. "Thank you!"

"Hey, help us with the rest of the stuff too!" One of the other boys yelled, making Namjoon smile too. "Or did you only came for your book?!"

"When did I ever say that?!" Jungwon huffed and helped to get the other bags and boxes down from the back of the jeep.

Together, they walked towards the village. It was about a half an hour walk and Namjoon was glad that he keeps himself in shape by daily running otherwise he would have fallen flat on his face due to exhaustion. That would have been pretty embarrassing.

When they reached the village, a decent crowd was gathered to welcome him, especially children. They ran to Namjoon, latched onto his legs and demanded him to lift them. Namjoon did, as it was part of his usual welcome parade, and took turns to swing the kids around.

When the kids finally let him breathe, he started to distribute the stuff he brought. Sweets and other snacks to kids, food items to women etc. Then he started to make his rounds, checking up on houses that have elderly people, giving them medicine and vitamins where necessary. He was at the village leader's house when the elder said that they have someone else he needs to check up on.

"We didn't know what to do, Namjoon-ah." The village leader explained in a troubled voice. "He was badly hurt when we found him floating down the river two days ago. We were gonna send one of the lads to the next village as they have few phones there. But he begged us not to let anyone know he's here. We put herbal medicine on his broken leg and treated his wounds too. But his body is burning up now and he's delirious. We couldn't even get his name. We thought we'd wait for you, since you'd know better."

The village leader led Namjoon towards a well lit room in his house where a man was laid down on a mat. His face was not visible, but Namjoon could hear him mumbling something incoherent. There was a cast made out of bamboo sticks around his leg and a few cloth bandages wrapped around his naked torso.

Namjoon walked around the man to the otherside, his first aid box in one hand but one look at the man's face and Namjoon dropped the box to the floor.

"Oh my God!"

"What is it, Namjoon-ah?" Village leader's voice sounded alarmed. "Do you know him?"

'Yes' Namjoon thought to himself as he blinked a few times to make sure he's not dreaming.

Who would not know the nation's favorite actor, Kim Taehyung..
