Wanderer - Upon A Dream

There.. There they are again. The mist enveloping them from below the cliff. The air is different down the cliff, their flowy clothes gently swaying behind them. Each night without fail there they are. I can't understand it. They always disappear. Perhaps it's just as they all tell me, they're just an illusion. I suppose I'll try just once more.

Going down the cliff in a soundless manner I grab ahold of their shoulder just before the mist takes hold of them. Their graceful facade broken in that instance as with a startled jump slip on the muck beneath them. I grasp them hastily... 

"Y..You're real?"

With a soft laugh they nod standing on their own two feet now. "I simply come down here to believe I'm in a cloud. Wouldn't that be nice? To be in a cloud?" 

There must've been something in that air... It wasn't like me at all, not even a little. However before I knew what I was doing I had them in my arms taking them far up into the clouds.

"(Y/N)?" The name slipped from my lips as though it was all I knew, but the more I thought the more I couldn't remember what name I uttered.
